Food is pretty delicious but sometimes the rice feels hard and undercooked. Regardless the food is healthy and tasty. The staff usually is pretty friendly.

Fresh ingredients and fast, friendly service. I liked being able to taste any item on the menu before deciding on what to order as there are so many options. This place is kid amd family friendly. I dont always go for Mediterranean food but when I do this is my go to place for quick and delicious meal.

Like a chipotle for Greek flavored food. Good quality for a chain eatery. Custom make your meal with the toppings of your choice. Affordable prices and friendly staff during my visit.

Not sure if the kitchen had an off night, but the steak plate was awful. «Steak» was dry and burnt with absolutely no flavor. Did not bother with the rest of it.

Über delicious, clean atmosphere and great staff. I had the basic gyro with fresh veggie toppings and was very happy with my meal. I like mediterranean food and this quick to eat place is a WINNER. DO check them out. Meals run from $ 8 – 11. I was satisfied. Grade A–

I just stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The young lady baked me some fresh pita bread! The choices were really good. The only thing I miss was the free taste of a falafel. Other than that I will totally give this place fabulous review. Love love love it!

The customer service was good. The food was good especially the salad. Wish they had jalapeños and more cheeses

OMG! The food was really nice quality and I tried a falafel for the first time. I see that there is definitely some magic in this RESTAURANT, and they totally stuff their GYROSXD!

Good food for a reasonable price. Portions are a little small but 100% good. Baklava is crazy high but decent. I suggest the kabob plate. They give a pita roll with it.

I had a BOGO coupon so I can’t complain about the price… 2 meals for $ 12 is pretty decent and the food is good. Not great but good. I’m becoming a cheapskate in my old age and much more critical, but it could also be that is the day after Black Friday and I expect huge discounts and bonus points and a free tote with $ 127 worth of samples and coupons… But back to the review at hand– the food was good and I’m a sucker for those fancy smancy drink mixology machines that let me add lemon to my Dr. Pepper. I got falafel with the spicy hummus and the bfriend got a traditional gyro. The hummus is spicy and the falafel is deep fried. Bfriend gave the gyro a 5.5÷10 but his gold standard is based on a single experience from a food cart owned by a Greek guy who made his own shaved lamb…

Very delicious gyros, quickly assembled with a nice variety of fillings all provided with great customer service. They even gave us a free sample of their falafel which was flavorful and crispy goodness. Atmosphere was nice and they even had a variety of tea available. The gyro was delicious, the Steak Kabob was mouthwatering a perfectly seasoned which went wonderfully with feta and sauce. The chips were crispy and nicely seasoned as well except that maybe 3 or 4 of them were a bit soggy. Other than that, the food and staff here were great. The baklava was that nice crispy type with the perfect amount of moistness. We would highly recommend giving them a try.

So, this place likes to give away free falafel, as a gimmicky greeting. Ok, so the food preppers wear gloves, which is good. But I watched as customers walked in and were greeted with«want a free falafel?», while the employee(who was also making the meals of other customers, simultaneously) held one out, in their glove-clad fingers. Then people would take the falafel, pleased to get something for free. But there was also contact between their fingers and those gloves. And then the next customer and the next… you get the idea. Most people walking into an establishment have filthy hands and this model is a great way to contaminate the food the employees are preparing. Yuck. I even emailed their corporate office twice and never received a reply. Therefore, I will never eat at any Garbanzo again. There are three places that are far, far superior and I will mention one here: Shawarma Mediterranean Grill in Centennial. Wait, am I suggesting driving to Denver to eat at Shawarma and skip Garbanzo? Absolutely. Anyone who knows Med food knows that besides the dirty factor, that the Garbanzo food is 100% lacking. It is simply not worth it. Drive to Denver and get good food.

Amazing food and really courteous guys behind the counter. We ordered the falafel gyro and the chicken kebob. The falafel was excellent, but the highlight of our visit here was undoubtedly chicken kebob. The flavours were excellent and chicken was melting in our mouth. I would definitely come to this place again when I visit Colorado Springs.

The positives: + clearly labeled GF options for my wife + lots of protein options — steak, chicken, falafel, and one or two more + good hummus and tzaziki + really good pita bread negatives — the chicken is all dark meat. gross. this alone would prevent me from coming back, but i know not everyone dislikes dark meat so i’m not downgrading the review beyond 3 stars just for that. — pepsi — my goodness. why?

Fast and friendly service. The food is excellent. They have a loyalty card you can use to get a free meal. They always offer a free falafel sample. If you take the survey on the receipt, you get a free drink on the next visit.

Hummus and falafal were good. Gyro meat is the preformed, presliced, lunchmeat variety, not the good kind on the spit. Would not come back.

The food was excellent. This was my first experience at Garbanzo. As I said the food was good, the atmosphere was great and the service was great except for one thing. This being my first time there I guess we got the wrong person at the wrong time. There was a young man helping us at first, he was friendly, professional and courteous. After my daughter ordered an older man, I am assuming the manager, took over and took my wife and I’s order. He was short verging on rude, seemed to be in a bad mood, and when my wife asked for more hummus he acted like it was a real burden. The young man that helped us before this guy was generous and the manager looked like he wanted to give as little as he could get away with. So, this was my first and last experience at this Garbanzo restaurant. I will go back to Garbanzo, I simply will not be going back to THIS one. Sad, I had heard such great things about it. All it takes is just one bad manager and eventually the whole place will be like him. Bottom line the food was great, the service other than the manager was great and I would recommend anyone going, just not to this particular one.

You have to live a restaurant that an hour before they even close they break down everything. I showed u at 8:05 on a Thursday night for dinner. Upon entering they had broken down everything including the grill and we’re cleaning out the cold area. How exactly is that acceptable for a restaurant that’s posted hours are open until 9pm? I guess I know never to attempt to eat at garbanzo if it is after 6pm. Bad form!

I would equate this establishment to a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Quick, easy service. You walk in and basically see a food bar that you go to and assemble your own meal. They have gyros, wraps, plates, soups, dolmas, etc. First, you choose what item you would like to have(gyro, plate, bowl, wrap) then you choose what type of meat or protein you would like it in(chicken, beef, falafel, mushrooms). Next, you slide on down and choose the different fresh veggies and spreads you want. Once your order is all good to go, you can order a drink, additional sides, or dessert before you pay. Simple and no hassle food. I ordered their half salad, half pita special. They actually end up giving you the other half of the pita anyway, so if you order meat with your salad, you’re basically getting a full pita and a salad on the side. I had their chicken in my salad and a falafel in my pita. The falafel was actually pretty moist! I’ve been to plenty of fast food Mediterranean type places and their falafels are always so dry and crumbly. This bad boy actually held its shape and tasted pretty good too. I think their Greek dressing is on the saltier side though, but that’s ok. I just had to make sure to drink plenty of water after my meal. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and roomy. So if you’re in a hurry and need to fuel up on something on the healthier side, I’d stop by and check this place out.

Bummer… My wife and her family went to Garbanzo’s a couple weeks ago. It was the first time for some of them. The Chicken Shwarma was nearly cold and super tough. Plus our wait time in line and at our table was embarrassingly long. This was all after the dinner rush too. I had the Greek Salad with Gyro meat. It was pretty good and a large portion. The«funny» thing I kept seeing was one of the employees kept pulling hot pitas off the grill and it would burn him every time. He’d go into almost a Tourette’s moment each time. I guess he just couldn’t grasp the concept that something coming off the grill was hot.
