Zach and Justin were extremely helpful! From game recommendations to an encyclopedia of game knowledge! I walked out with 2 titles I am happy with and they assured me if there were any issues to come back and talk to either one of them! About time somebody gave out some great customer service! This is my new home store for sure!

This was definitely between 3 and 4 stars. I saw my game (Red Dead Redemption on the used wall for 23 $, I traded it in for 6 $…who’s the idiot?) and I came in wanting an older game. The older game was going for 7 $ used and I thought that I could easily do a 1 for 1 trade. Boy was I wrong. If I gave more of a shit than I would have lost my mind. How the hell are you going to sell a game for 23 $ and buy it off me for 6 $ that’s almost 400% profit… I’m pissed just typing this. The only reason I settled on 4 stars is because I got Medal Of Honor for 7 $! I mean… for a normally 60 $ game that’s such a deal. I will never buy new games again. This is the place for cheap video games, but be prepared to be ripped off if you want to trade your’s in. I suggest you just sell them on Craigslist.
