Well I’ll preface this by saying this happened quite a while ago. We’ve been very happy with our vehicle, no issue there, they sold us a great car. We seriously got the typical dealer runaround shenanigans here, though. Despite being the only customers in the showroom, we were made to think there were people lined up to buy this car. Guess they shouldn’t have handed me a Carfax report that stated they’d been sitting on it for 6 months, huh? Anyway, we had a set amount budgeted for monthly payments. If they couldn’t do that for us, we’d walk, no harm, no foul. Instead we’re subjected to the parade of managers shoving figures above and beyond what we could afford at us. My wife finally said loudly that that was all we could afford, not a dollar more. The head honcho manager accused us of trying to «wheel and deal.» Are you effin’ kidding me? That’s what these clowns on the golf carts get paid the big bucks for. And once they got through tacking on all of their b. s fees it was still $ 5 more than we wanted, but of course at that point it was too late. I hate car dealers anyway, but I’m not going back to Ferguson.

Went to the Service Dept to get an alignment on my car and a oil change. Was told that I have a bent lower control arm and they couldn’t do the alignment but they would have to charge me $ 57 for«Diagnosing» that problem. After a lot of discussion I was told he could take half that cost off and pay $ 28.50. Well Merry Christmas to me, since I could go down the street and get an alignment check for $ 0. I was not told in the beginning that if they couldn’t align the car it would still cost me for the«Diagnosis». If you take your car in for anything I would make sure you discuss with them up front any potential costs for«Diagnosis» of your vehicles problems. Then to top it off I tell them every time about my cars issue with ignition key sticking, they must of ignored that because they killed my battery and I almost felt like I was going to be left stranded until a mechanic finally came around and jumped the car, hopefully that didn’t damage the battery. The person helping me in the service dept described he was«just an employee» and couldn’t do much for my problems. If you have a problem with your car I would recommend going somewhere where they will give you a free estimate and value your business, because I for sure did not get that feeling here

Norm is a no hassle guy! He got us a deal we were all happy with. Reggie helped get us a full tank of gas. The team was nice and no fuss type of people. We will come back when it’s time to get another car.

We found them via the internet while searching for a SUV that met our specs. Bought a Yukon four hours later from Stan and they drove it two hundred miles to us in Crested Butte, then drove back our old car which they took sight unseen in trade. Easy to deal with, honest, and simple. A no nonsense dealer. Great value too. Recommend them highly.

We came in looking for a vehicle that was capable of getting us cross-country(and back) reliably and comfortably… We found it. Rob and the staff took amazing care of us. There was a no-pressure attitude that I wish other places I purchased items in would employ. After a hassle-free day, we came home with an amazing conversion van at an amazing price(we checked). If you are in need of a vehicle(wether new or used) in the Colorado Springs area, hit Rob Ryon and Norman Estrada up. Tell them Jesse sent you! ;)
