I worked with Theresa in migrating an 1100-​agent real estate firm to an entirely new business model that had not been seen in the industry. Since this was a new model, there was no roadmap to follow. This transition included finding a path to combine new pay structures, new branding, new technology tools, accounting systems, marketing systems and of course agent perception. Theresa was the go-​to person responsible for the entire transition. Although I had a myriad of contact individuals to reach out to, if I ever encountered a major issue, Theresa was always available and came up with a fresh, perspective and a workable solution. I can’t speak highly enough of her working knowledge of real estate systems and how they affect the bottom line. Her customer service was amazing and problem solving skills are second to none.
