Brought my daughter here after a wound failed to heal. Not sure if wound was a cut or some sort of insect/spider bite. Place had a short wait and its own parking. MD my daughter-unit saw was competent. I’d use this place, décor was ranch, a welcome relief from urban war-zone décor at emergency rooms associated with hospitals. I’d call ahead before heading out in the late afternoon, they seem to have shorter hours than one would expect.

Came here a few weeks ago. I was visiting from LA and had a cut on my hand that had gotten very infected despite me keeping it clean and bandaged. Called a few Urgent Cares in the area to see who had the most reasonable wait time. I was quoted about 30 — 40 minutes, although I got seen much quicker than that. Building is new, clean and I love the ranch/lodge décor. Front desk was efficient, friendly and helpful. Liked the doctor I saw, don’t remember her name but she had shoulder-length blonde hair. She told me she had a background in dermatology which was an added bonus since this was a skin concern. Competent and caring, she got me checked out and on my way with treatment. They even called a few days later to follow up and make sure I was doing okay. Wound is now healed. I hope not to need Urgent Care in Colorado Springs again, but if I do I will be coming here!
