Food was not bad has no flavor at all. I has a asada burrito and asada taco. No flavor at all. Even the cilantro was very very mild.

First off, this place is CASHONLY. We didn’t realize until too late and had to go to the liquor store next door for cash back. Other than that, this place is great. Don’t be deterred by the sketchy bus appearance. I got chicken tacos($ 1.25 each) and my boyfriend got a chicken burrito $ 6). The tacos are street style, the burrito had rice, guac, beans, and cheese. Ratio of food to cost was really good. The chicken was awesome, nice and shredded and juicy not dried out. If we had more cash on us I probably would have eaten more. Only complaints is it’s a small restaurant and it really is unfortunate that they are cash only since we never have cash. We spent $ 9 and were completely satisfied. We will be returning.

The bus threw me off a bit, but it’s a great place to eat. The carnitas is wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent authentic Mexican food in a fun, unique setting! We take all of our out of town guests here and everyone raves about it. If you want fresh Mexican food, here’s the place!

Delicious tacos, at $ 1.25 also the cheapest in town. Don’t expect the friendliest atmosphere, also wish you could order from outside

These guys are awesome. I have been coming to this bus for about 7 years now. The food is great and the owners are super nice.

Coming from San Antonio, this is the most authentic place to get Mexican food in all of Colorado Springs. I frequent this place often and I’m never disappointed.

Literally the best tacos in town! Always fresh and authentic Mexican seasons. It’s a family owned small establishment so it takes a little longer but it smells AMAZINGANDDELICIOUS. We always order the carne asada and barbacoa tacos and I have yet to be disappointed. The family that owns this place are friendly and super nice. It’s a little bus on the corner of the street but don’t let that detour you… this place can’t be beat with their tacos! I’m sure the rest of the food is good but we only eat the tacos… we love street style tacos. ANYWAY get in to this place IMMEDIATELY! Try it and report back!

I must say I was close to losing all hope for Mexican food in Colorado but this bus has changed my mind. Went to lunch with my lady here today. Both of us are from southern California, so we both have high standards for Mexican food. When we pulled up we both had a good feeling, it looked right. The signage was right. There was no old white people in sight(clear sign of gross Mexican food). We ordered a plethora of asada tacos and some bean and cheese pupusas. Not disappointed at all! Tasty food! Almost Southern California quality but probably the best you’ll find out here. The, I assume, owners were nice. Service was quick. Hot sauce was tasty also. I almost bought a burrito to throw into my fridge for when I get hungry for dinner. Good stuff! Best Mexican food I’ve had in my little over a year in Colorado.

I’d heard of this legendary-mythical taco bus many times. Never by name mind you, which must be due to Fight Club type rules. Yesterday a friend and I were in the area and he reminded me of «The taco bus». Like any tasty thing I can’t say no, so we stopped. Dare I say it? I think El Poblano may just have the best carne asada tacos in town! This is the real-deal people. Authentic street tacos, served up the way they should be with cilantro, onion and lime. Just a $ 1.25 apiece. I don’t want to tell you where this unicorn of taco trucks is, but I guess I will. It’s located on Chelton between Platte and Bijou.
