Dragon’s Lair Vapors

We had come a few times before, but this place is far from us. Unfortunately, my husband broke his vape tank while working on that side of town and went in to get a replacement. He spoke with the manager and she sold him a replacement tank, telling him he could return it within 10 days for any reason (their normal policy is 30 if their is no damage, manufacturer’s defect, etc). He had it for about 4 days and it was constantly leaking (which would be a manufacturer’s defect). He tried to return it, was told the manager wasn’t there and it was highly unlikely she said that (basically called my husband a liar, which he never does). He was civil with the clerk and they decided to have him write down his phone number while they checked it out for the leaking issues. He never got a call back. We just stopped there again today and the guy said nope, works fine. My husband showed him the tank was leaking all over the inside of the case and the clerk still didn’t care. No refund. Will never return and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had gone to this vape shop a few times before but I thought maybe I was being a little harsh on my review so I thought I’d give them another chance. Unfortunately not much has changed between now and my previous visit. If you’re going off of number of employees in one setting this vape shop wins, but today I wasn’t considered one of the more relevant walk-​ins. Nor did I have a relationship with any of the staff therefore I became the background character. As I have before. I can say that I watch one of their flavors half full laying on the ground for the entirety of my 30 minutes. The flavors still seem lackluster maybe a new distributor would help? I’m not sure because they already have more than 3. Normally when I go into a vape shop the first thing I ask is have you heard about the chemical in some that uses that may be hazardous to some ppl health. I’ve been trying to ask multiple vape shop’s employees. So that I may have a better understanding understanding of what I need to be looking for. I’m using Vaping to get off the cigarettes. This also concerns me when I run into employees that don’t know very much about the health of their products I wonder if there happened to be any large issue with the product would they recall. I just wonder If they would be aware enough to pull them from the shelves.

I am new to vaping. The owner of this business is a great person but, on this particular Sunday, his staff didn’t seem too excited to sell a new kit, even engage about suggesting products. One individual sat behind the counter looking at a computer monitor and seemed confused with my questions. I just wanted guidance in purchasing a product. That’s it.
I know Brandon to be a great person, so I’m hoping this day was just a cough.

Love it. Friendly staff. Great prices. Tasty juice and the rewards/​deals are some of the best I’ve ever seen.

My favorite vape store ever they go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. The employees are amazing and there premium flavors are brilliant

This place is pretty great. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with a nice vape setup and some good tasting ejuice. They have many flavors available to test right on the spot too. I was also able to get a free bottle of juice as advertised on Unilocal for first time customers. I’ll be heading back soon for some new juice flavors.

Very helpful staff. Just wanted a starter kit and the staff hooked me up up. And took the time to explain everything to me. Not really rocket science but they were very helpful. Pretty good flavors also. And you can test them before buying them. Which was great I didn’t have to waste money to find the one I liked.

The people that work here are really nice.
I only go here with my friend so that he can pick up his juice or anything else he needs. The space is usually filled with smoke, but that’s too be expected because of the business (I don’t smoke so it gives me a headache). They give a military discount and the more you go, they eventually start recognizing you.
I would highly suggest them. Because you know, they are super friendly :)

My favorite vape shop in the springs! Super friendly staff they always make me feel comfortable and know what they are talking about they have awesome products to! Only place I’ll go to!
