We had been using Bowies Jewelry for many years. With them going out of business last year we needed to find a trusted jeweler. We entrusted Dale to repair my wife’s 30 year old wedding ring. He did a fantastic job. The ring turned out better than the day I bought it! Although price was not as important as having it done right, it was very reasonable. Dale also finished way sooner than he expected. Highly recommend. Thanks Dale!

This is just an initial review based on a preliminary visit with Dale to design and create a unique wedding band to compliment my antique engagement ring. I wanted to stay true to the Edwardian period to which my engagement ring belongs. Dale knows his stuff. He knows exactly what I had in mind and used my vague ideas to draw out a lovely ring. He is very personable, very knowledgeable, very creative and just seems like a nice guy. We haven’t started the process yet but so far I am impressed and will update my review as I go forward with Dale. I will say that my fiancé and I went to another jeweler first and this other jeweler was all, «Where do you work?» «Where is the wedding going to take place?» Just seemed kind of like this other jeweler was more interested in finding out how much money we potentially had to spend before sitting down with us. Dale was NOTHING like that which impressed me right off the bat. Dale also showed us some of his previously designed rings and I was stunned at how creative and beautiful these rings were. I feel like my future wedding ring is in good hands :)

Truly a wonderful jeweler, Dale has an uncanny knack for creating exceptional, and one of a kind items. He created my husband’s wedding band and he has received numerous compliments from it. If you are looking to find a unique piece of jewelry I highly recommend a visit. If he doesn’t have it, he can surely make it and you will be more than pleased with the final product.

I have been dealing with Dale for around 4 years now and he has been great to deal with.
A while back my wife lost her diamond earrings because the back fell off of them. I told Dale about this issue and he showed me some custom post he can put on earrings that actually have a locking back. So he built some up for my wife and after 3 years they have been great.
On top of that he cleans them for free every 6 months and makes sure that the diamonds are still snug in the mount. I have also had him fix my wife’s ring that had some lose diamonds in the past.
Plus when my parents came to town a few years back my mother broke her gold bracelet and repaired it to the point you can’t tell it has ever been broken.
Thanks Dale for doing what you do since there are so many lame jewelry repair shops in town.
