This is my place! Look, I smoke spring, summer, fall and winter. Im the guy, like many of you reading, that set the neighborhood into a craze when i start my smoker.

Thats all it takes to run a good business from a consumer point of view. I wish I could give more stars! This is the ONLY place I go to. Do you rush to smoke a cigar, do you rush to finish a brisket? Well then, dont rush to get what you need… and take pride in what you get.

Daren and Dan of Colorado BBQ Outfitters have a huge passion for grilling and smoking. They love what they do so much that they actually have classes to pass along that passion. My wife and I attended a smoking class a couple of weeks ago. It was very informative, revealed some of my bad practices, and was just overall a good time. Plus at the conclusion of the class we got to eat — #dang. We learned how to prepare ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, and chicken.
The store is a small place, but don’t let that fool you. It is loaded with the finest of equipment and supplies. Everything you’ll need to do grilling and BBQing right!

Just purchased a Mak Grill 2 Star from these guys. Great customer service very nice to deal with. My husband had called and talked to them and basically was sold over the phone. When my son and I went to pick it up they treated me with great respect and were so helpful explaining how to get the best out of it. Plus he said call them anytime with questions. Huge benefit is it comes fully assembled. They helped us load it as well. Now that we had it a couple of weeks I don’t know how we lived without it we cook on it every night. This was a great place to purchase a great grill.

I smoke a lot of meat at home and get a lot of supplies here. They carry very good quality products at very good prices. The rub I use is actually $ 1 cheaper here than it is directly from the manufacturer on-​line and you don’t pay shipping. They make it easy to support their local small business. They have always been very welcoming and helpful and love to talk about BBQ. Wide variety of QUALITY rubs and sauces many CO made. They even offer classes for folks just getting into BBQ. 5 stars for sure.
