The window reads«Walk ins welcome,» but when you go in and ask how long the wait is, they will ALWAYS tell you«just ten minutes!» They quickly turn on a chair and have you soaking your feet making you believe you’ll be attended to soon. 20 minutes later you’re still soaking your feet and no one’s giving you a pedicure quite yet. You manage to ask one of the workers how much longer – he puts his hands on his hips, looks around the room and says, «just ten minutes!» Ugh! Why couldn’t they just be honest to begin with? I have a baby I need to feed and nap and the fact that I managed to even get out of the house to treat myself is a miracle in and of itself. Now I have to take my feet out and go home sans pedicure. Thanks for wasting my time.

By far this is the best I’ve been to since I lived in the Bay Area which was 10 years ago! Ken is the best!!! Thank you!

Go to Kim! I’m embarrassed to say my toenails needed a good cleanup when I stopped in before a wedding in the Springs. Kim did a wonderful wonderful job ‘cleaning things up’. I haven’t had my nails shaped and calluses worn down that well in my last 10 pedicures. The only downside is poor ventilation. It was a Saturday and all of the gels being done was about to make me pass out!

First, let me say that the people who work here are very nice. That being said, I have a number of complaints. 1. They only have Gelish for gel manicures and had trouble removing my OPI 2. There is NO ambiance. There is, however, a TV playing ads non stop. 3. The color I selected was not the color I got.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Horrible service… waited 20 minutes in a chair while workers were walking around chatting, took almost 2hrs just to get a basic pedicure! Avoid this place!!!

Loved this place! I came to these guys from Angel Nails with damaged cuticles and poorly laid acrylic. My poor nails went through a traumatic experience, and the lady who greeted me was in shock. She questioned where I went and said that they will take care of me. They fit me in and they were busy(rightly so). The girl that worked on my nails did an AMAZING job. She fixed the spots that were chipped and refilled my nails. Also didn’t charge nearly what I thought… $ 20 to take care of everything. She was sensitive around the cut spots and sawed off the acrylic that was put on by the other place. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning!

Wow! I felt so pampered! I came here for a pedi and earbrow wax on a Saturday afternoon. The place was so busy(for a good reason) and they were very professional. They gave every one time, attention, and we’re attentive while keeping everything moving. My nails look great and the man doing them was very kind. Will definetly be back and I highly recommend!

I have been stationed in Texas for 12 months now but before we left this was my go to spot. Always courteous and efficient. I would come in with tons of designs and the man who did my nails never ever failed me I always left with fabulous nails.

Dirty. Unsanitary. I went here with a friend over the weekend. I ALWAYS use High Maintenance(see prior review), but this was closer to home, and it was frigid and snowy. I originally wanted a pedicure, but after I saw one of the employees barely wiping down a pedicure station(no liner) with a wet, grimy sponge she picked up off the floor, I decided against it. I honestly didn’t want a disease from dipping my feet into that gnarly cesspool. Instead I opted for a gel manicure. Everything was filthy– the nail station, the manicure tools, the sinks. When I went back to wash my hands, I walked by the staff/break room, which was brimming with open food and gross. Also, 10 different people work on your nails. Someone walks by and takes off your polish. Someone else wanders by and files them. It seems like nobody’s really sure what’s going on. It was cheap. It was quick. And my nails actually look okay. If I was desperate for a quick mani, I might go back. But there’s no way I’d soak my feet at this place, and I certainly wouldn’t get a wax– even if it is only $ 10.

I have had a couple of pedicures here and will definitely return for more. There is a whole row of pedicure stations so even if the staff is busy you can still soak your feet while you wait. Everything seems clean, there are lots of nail polish colors to choose from, and the staff is super friendly. They have gift certificates, too.

This place is ok. Having just returned to the states I needed the whole package(mani, pedi, && eyebrow wax). I just walked in and they got me in a chair quick, but I had to wait 30 min for anyone to come over so the water became ice cold. The pedicure was average, I got the deluxe and I love when they use hot wax to soften the feet. The mani was quick and my nails were all shaped differently and uneven. The eyebrow wax was ok as well. If I’m just needing a pedi I will go back, but when searching for a new place to get my nails done I’m going to search elsewhere. They also claimed to have a Military discount but then didn’t give it to me.

Cheyenne Nail and Spa, I miss you. When I changed jobs I had to change waxing places since I am no longer on your end of town. Even though your floors weren’t the cleanest nor your waxing table the fanciest, I thought about making the drive down just to see you. Your prices were so cheap, and you always treated me well.
