The absolute worst company in America to do business with… bar none. STAYAWAYFROMTHEMATALLCOST!!! DO not attempt to do ANY kind of business with these people. Don Believe me? Go ahead and try to call them and see what sort of unprofessional morons you get on the phone.

Seems to fail @ 11 at night to about 1:30 in the morning. — That’s the norm for this time. Dunno about the store. No other place to review centurylink. Paying for 40⁄5. Might get that at 7 in the am and 3 in the am. Just not dependable/consistent speed. Say hello to lag and goodbye to your k/d ratio if you’re gaming. Hang that sh** up.

I have an issue with Century Link as an entire company. Customer service is terrible. They keep telling us it is our problem and our house. We had one tech guy come over, after 2 phone calls. He said he fixed the problem but really he just lowered our download speed. Then, he gave us his number if we needed more help. And we called him 4 times in the next few days after during business hours, and no call back even with a message. We stream Netflix, and 10 minutes into our latest movie, it stopped 6 times. We do not have the cable, just the Internet and phone. And it’s terrible service. We are switching to a local company in hopes this is better. TERRIBLECOMPANY. Research other companies before picking this one.

With all fairness, this had nothing to do with the store, just the entire company. My experience with century link ranks #1 worst experience EVER!!! I cannot stress that enough. Got their internet service, 40mbps. From day 1 I never got anything close to that speed wirelessly. The top was 20mbps. Then it got worse, 6−8mbps. Had to call them 4 times in a row because they would send someone out, supposedly fix it, and they did not. I called ended up speaking with a dept manager, he told me it was my house. So I got Comcast, 14 day trial, amazingly my speeds are much higher and closer to my paid for speed.(75−80mbps out of 105mbps). Obviously not my house, I called and TRIED to cancel. I was immediately told that I would be charged a cancelation fee. I explained that I will not pay for something I am not getting. After hours i finally speak with someone and she says she’ll wave the charge. 14 days later I get a bill for cancellation fees and a tech trip fee. Then the very next day I get a call from a precollections agency. There is no embellishment on my days! This company knows NOTHING of customer service. They only know how to «bait and switch» and ways to be deceptive and evasive.

by far the worst… waiting for 2 hours shuffled to 9 people now… still not resolved, double billed me for first month with the bundle with direct tv. Do not do not bundle with direct tv and century!!! shuffled 10 people now! avoid century link will save yourself lots of frustration and headaches
