I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings several times. Most times are good service/​food other times it’s iffy. We have had several bad experiences for instance out serve was a female but was flirting with the male table next to us for 20 minutes will neither I or my husband had drink refills. I did leave her a note on her receipt. Another time Isaiah was our server, he is always there and usually works at the bar where we usually sit. He was a bit busy but ensure he’d be right with us 15 minutes pass and I went up to him to remind him I still existed. He apologized and said he «forgot» but was only Serving three tables. He handed us off to another server which was great! But you shouldn’t «forget» about tables when you’re a team leader marked on his BWW shirt.

Really? I’m sitting on an uncomfortable chair looking at a small tray of wings and overpriced beer. Very disappointed! Overpriced but decent tasting. Just put some thought into it guys. How about some carrots and celery?
Staff was very nice, but I will not be back.

We ordered wings to go over the phone at 6pm. I asked if they would be ready by 7:15pm for pickup and the girl ensured that they would be ready. We got there just before 7pm to pick them up, and we have now been waiting for an hour and still no wings. I am very dissapointed that we have had to wait so long for wings TO GO. The whole point of ordering ahead is to have them ready for pickup. This is not at all acceptable and I don’t know that I will be coming back to this location after tonight. We have been repeat customers in the restaurant and wanted to try to go tonight, which was a terrible idea. If you want to wait an extra hour for your food, make sure to get to go wings here! They’ll keep you waiting! So annoyed.

I have been coming to BWW for a few years now. But lately i have been pretty disappointed with the food itself. The size of the boneless wings seem to be shrinking over the years. Their recipe seems good as ever but for as small as the portions are I can’t justify the price anymore.

Waitress was great the food was nothing like menu. They had a new system or food but some Bull excuse by the manager. Only reason we stayed was the nice waitress Miranda.

As far as B-​Dubs go, it is pretty good. As long as you understand you will have a restaurant full of, «that guy/​girl» screaming incessantly at every play regardless if we are watching ESPN classics Ping Pong, you will enjoy yourself.
Second, doesn’t matter where I go, even if it is Tilted Kilt or even more scandalous, I always get the one male server. However, at this location it is a good thing as he is probably the best server here. Attentive without being annoying and always never to far if you need something. And of the two times I have been here, has never screwed up the order (Big Guy with goatee).
The only annoying thing is the whoopee light and DJ type shenanigans B-​Dubs pull announcing everything from Birthdays to Bingo to god knows whatever. However, this location tends to be a little more conservative with the practice.
So, of all wing joint and B-​Dubs, I give a 4. Could get a 5 but the BWW in Hutchinson, Ks gets my 5 star. Great place to hang out.

The waitress failed to inform me that there is a difference in the wing specials on Tuesday and Thursday. Boneless vs traditional. I Had No Idea. Ordered almost every 30 Asian zing flavored boneless wings. I don’t like boneless wings. She didn’t tell me they where going to be boneless. That was disappointment. But the traditional wings are pretty good. Not hot when served though.

I am from out of town but I’ve eaten here three times. In the past I have had good experiences but tonight was not. I came for the Women’s World Cup finals so I know they were busy. Waitstaff was slow, it took 45 minutes for our food one meal was later and took an extra 10 minutes. Also we had raw chicken on our Chicken Cesar Salad. Not impressed with their ability to serve during a peak sporting event.

Got fried cheese curds as an appetizer. Delicious, would recommend.
Also got the pretzels, which were delicious, although the queso was not so great and had a kind of skin on top.
Teriyaki boneless wings were inedible in my opinion.
My boyfriend got a burger with pulled pork, I forget what it’s called, and he really liked it.

Worts BWW I’ve ever been to. Wish I could have met the manager or owner so I could kick him in the ball sack!
The portion sizes were extremely small. Ordered chips, got half a basket and half used tub of salsa. Ordered fried pickles, got 11 slices. Then when I ordered the $ 15 size of boneless wings I was told I could pick 3 different sauces; turned out I got 10 wings and they were all thrown into a basket and mixed together… So they all tasted like a mix of jerk-​dry rub-​garlic. It was terrible! Then the «basket» of fries we ordered was about a handful.
I guess they are just being cheap to try and save money, but you’re damn sure not going to make any money ripping off your customers!
I am giving this place 2 stars because the waiter was great!
Oh, and clean your damn restrooms! Seriously, never mind. Taking it back down to 1 star!

This is going to sound bizarre but no lie… they have a malfunctioning claw machine that you play with and try to grab toys… well like I said its malfunctioning and slamming into the glass every 6 seconds like clockwork. I asked the waitress if she could unplug it as it was starting to drive me batty after 45 mins and she replies that a fellow waiter had died three weeks ago and shortly after he passed the machine started messing up so no one wanted to unplug it for fear of angering the spirit in the game… omfg I’m out… won’t ever eat here again
UPDATE: I caved and watched UFC there and the machine has since been fixed. Whew! :)

It is wing night, the place was packed but very well staffed. We enjoyed happy hour specials plus wing specials and topped off dinner with cheese cake bites… yum! For only 3.99 they are WORTH it.

BWW is the same wherever you go we went to watch the game on Sunday! It’s super packed so you have to get there early to get a seat food is always good and the drinks are tasty just doesn’t see to have a lot of alcohol in them
Nevertheless it’s bww great spot for alcohol sports and food!

It’s a B Dubs. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. The only variant is really service.
At this location, I asked for a Fat Tire, and the waitress asked me which one I wanted because they have a lot of Fat Tires. If you understand what the problem was here, then you get it. If you don’t, then you probably wouldn’t care anyways.
Also, it took forever to get our check. Otherwise, everyone was nice, the place was clean, the wings are wings, and there’s always a game on. Does get PACKED whenever there’s anything going on at the World Arena (especially if UCCS is playing) though. So, go early.

My boneless wings are missing the dry rub.
This place suck, but it appeals to the military crowd. My dry rub wings had ZERO rub. The place was empty so you can’t blame it on the kitchen being slammed with orders.
THIS PLACE FUCKIN SUCKS
