My furnace stopped last Monday — a week ago. Bruno’s, who have been our service provider since we moved here, sent a repair tech. He ordered a new blower motor and said it would be in Friday, and he would be here«first thing in the morning.» Friday morning — no show. I called and Brunos said that tech was not working Friday, they only had one technician and I would have to wait till Wednesday of the next week. After I protested how cold it would be, they«found» another tech, who replaced the motor. This morning, a week after the first visit, the furnace would not come on. I called again, and sure enough, «Well we only have one tech and it will be next Wednesday before someone can come.» This is really lousy service and customer care. They should have fixed it the first time and fixed it professionally and properly. I paid twice for the labor as well as the new motor, and still have a furnace that does not work.

We are new to the area and needed our furnace checked out. It would not stay on and heat the house. I called and spoke to a very pleasant woman that took my information and setup an appointment for the same day. Mike showed up and walked through everything he was doing and what the readings meant. Very professional and provide important information on my unit. I was only changed a reasonable service call amount for cleaning sensors. We discussed other annual services that were reasonably prices based on other BBB company review. I would use them for any other service needed. Very pleased!

We had our first service call today. Mike H. was very friendly on the phone and helpful. Took our call on a Saturday and had a great first impression about the company. He came out today(10⁄14) to look at our furnace and fireplace. He arrived at 11a, and was done with the work just before noon(loose wire on the furnace, and debris on the fireplace pilot). By the way, the fireplace still doesn’t work. My wife was understandably shocked when he tried to hand her an invoice for 2 hrs of work($ 85/hr!). Are you sitting down? Get this: He claimed that company standards are to begin billing from the time they leave their last job to the time when they arrive at your place. REALLY?! Anyone ever heard of this? That’s because nobody who wants to actually stay in business is stupid enough to make this a company policy. Good luck with that if they’re driving from Pueblo to your home in the Springs! Is Sacha Baron Cohen running this place?! Oh also, he went ahead and billed for the 15 minutes of time he spent eating my wife’s fresh-baked banana bread she kindly offered him while he composed this preposterous invoice in his car. I guess that restful 15 minutes merited him rounding the invoice up to 2 hrs. So, when the work was so simple you didn’t have to buy parts, and tack on more labor, I suppose you gotta gouge somewhere? Really too bad for them, they lost a customer just as quickly as they gained one. Horrible biz practice. Thankfully the owner(Troy) dismissed the bill, but I will never do business with them again and strongly urge you to do the same. Hope it was worth it Bruno’s!

We called Bruno’s on recommendation from someone and were very impressed with their service. We had called for a routine inspection of our furnace and found out that it was on it’s last leg. The technician was very thorough and helpful in explaining all of our options and the pro’s and con’s of each. Nobody wants to have to replace their furnace, but we decided to do it and Bruno’s was as helpful as they could be through the whole process. They quickly scheduled the guys to come out and get it installed and they were both very professional, and we were surprised how thorough they were and were more surprised how clean they left our furnace room. I’m pretty sure it was cleaner than when they got there. They even helped schedule the county required inspection. Only days later our A/C went out and they found out a way to get someone there by the next morning. Which was a huge deal because it was during one of those crazy heat waves we had. He was in and out in only an hour and quickly found and replaced the part we needed to get it back up and running. Their rates seemed on track with everyone else’s, so we were very satisfied with what we got for what we paid.
