Service is fast and they have some really delicious dishes. Their appetizer menu has a lot of interesting and flavorful dishes, also their fish is usually grilled perfectly!

My husband and I weren’t terribly impressed with this restaurant. The fare was pretty pricey, they didn’t offer much in the line of non-alcoholic drinks, and it was very busy and loud. I personally don’t plan to go back there.

We had reservations for six last Saturday, thank goodness for that. The restaurant was full which is always a good sign. We split 3 appetizers, Calamari(which came out cold) Bang Bang Shrimp and the Coconut Shrimp(everybody’s favorite at the table). The entrée’s were all delicious, Spicy Tuna Bowel, Mahi-Mahi, Mussels Josephine, Shrimp Pad Thai, and the Fish and Chips. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, very friendly, knew the menu items and made good suggestions. I have to agree that the prices are very steep here for Colorado Springs, I would think that more people would return on a regular basis if they would tweek the prices a little. We had the same experience as other reviews indicate that on a busy Saturday a lot of customers showed up with no reservations and were waiting/blocking the Entrance/Exit and Hostess Stand. And yes the customers waiting to be seated with no reservations gave customers who made reservations and were enjoying their evening and dinner the evil eye. There were so many people waiting to be seated that I saw a few people waiting actually so close to the Patrons tables and bumping into their chairs. No Business wants to turn Customers away, however on Weekends Bonefish Grill might want to consider taking reservation only, instead of having customers with no reservations stand around waiting for a table.

Yum. I have been here a few times. The food was amazing. I had a young man as our waiter that took care of us named Cameron. I believe that service is as or more important to dining out as the food. Having eaten at Bonefish at other locations I knew what to expect on the food but the service you never know. Cameron made some suggestions of foods I would not have tried off the menu and it was Amazing. He was fun, clean cut, ready to help and knowledgeable. Another big complaint of mine is if the wait staff does not know about food. He explained what I was going to have as if he was the chef himself and never let my drink go empty(one of my pet peeves.). Way to go guys. Be back to try your brunch soon.

Another excellent dinner at Bonefish. We generally choose local restaurants but Bonefish in Colorado Springs is a great alternative. Tonight’s mussels Josephine were great. Both David and my grandmothers were named Josephine so how could you go wrong? The seared ahi bowl with jasmine rice was perfect. The salsa was on the spicy side. If you like they will sub mango salsa which goes excellent without the spice. The wait staff was great as well.

I just don’t understand the negative reviews. We have dined here at least a dozen times, usually for brunch on Sundays and never had bad food or service. We again dined last Sunday and had the fortune to have Kim W. as our wait staff. She was very attentive throughout the meal. As far as the food, perfect in every way. Husband had the burger, but I had the scallops and shrimp which was cooked perfectly. All in all the experience was great. And our one of our favorite staff is back. Ask for Kim W or KC’s station when dining at Bonefish.

When asked if the steamed green beans and garlic in them their reply was the butter we cook them in has garlic in it. What the hell? I steam with water. My shrimp tacos lunch was great, but the wait staff really needs to learn that steamed green beans are not cooked in butter. The waiter was insistent about that! I tend to feel like the food costs too much, but the lunch combos seemed reasonable.

My girlfriends and I went here for a happy hour and decided to stay through dinner. First off, I couldn’t agree more with the countless recommendations to make reservations. I chose to make one after reading Unilocal and thank heavens I did! We left work early(mid week, not even a Friday) and sat at 4:30 and it was ok then but I got the impression that was because they were booked for future dinners. However, when they tried to seat me at a table I asked for a booth and had to ask the front desk if that was possible. Apparently we were one of the blessed and got a booth? I find it hard to believe everyone who made reservations specifically requested a booth. They were very attentive to service, even after the place was packed which is always nice. I’m all about good service. Everything was timely and I never wanted for a drink refill. We decided to order the lobster tail which although decently priced, were quite small. It came with a large helping of butter but oddly enough the waitress said it would be best if she took them ASAP when we were done or it would burn? Wait, what? That’s a first. Over burning butter and setting it on fire? Once it got busy enough to have a line longer than tweets waiting for Beiber it was very loud and after getting the«stink eye» from people not wide enough to get reservations it became borderline uncomfortable. That’s when the service got undeniably pushy. It wasn’t so much attentive as, get out now so we can seat one of the 500 other people. Drink prices were well matched to the size and alcohol ratio but prices for food to price ratio were off by quite a bit in my opinion. My main reason for three and not four stars is the general ambiance after about 6ish. It wasn’t nearly as nice and became very rushed. Otherwise it would’ve been better.

Pro: excellent appetizers(lobster stuffed shrimp and Maryland crab cakes). Good bread and dipping; Decent side dishes. Con: Don’t go there expecting intimacy. It’s noisy and the tables are packed in like sardines. Expect to pay $ 3.40 for a side salad with your meal, even though menu prices are kind of high to start. Both of us had the toughest rib eye steaks we’ve ever had, although cooked properly and spiced well.

Such a wonderful experience. Tim was our server and he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. So attentive and personable. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the red sangria might be the best in town. Definitely will be back to see Tim.

I got the fish and chips and its terrible. Capt D’s is better and save about 15 dollars drink included. Very expensive on most seafoods.

Have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. This time we had one of the specials ‘swordfish and pumpkin ravioli’s’, the meal was delicious. Swordfish was amazingly moist and the ravioli’s were amazing. Bang bang shrimp tacos were outstanding along with the pad Thai noodles. Waiter wasn’t the most outgoing but he did his job to ensure we had everything we needed.

Things to remember — this is a chain which runs like a science-controlled, well-oiled machine. Not a complaint, just something worth pointing out. Came for an all adults family night out and the seafood lovers in our group were not disappointed — which we all know can be a problem for fans of ocean borne treasure when we’re so land locked. We had the ridiculously over priced oysters and while they were wonderful, the pickings were slim for the price point. Everyone at our table ordered seafood except me — there were no complaints on the quality or flavor profiles of the fish, but I am not a seafood eater and my non-seafood dish(lambchop lollipops) was very obviously grilled without even a wipe or spray of the surface since all I could taste was fish on my expensive land animal flesh. On the plus side, they work really hard to be celiac-conscientious which is wonderful, since the men in my family suffer from it. If I could give three and a half stars I would — service was good, if slow(until the check comes, of course), and I am not one to throw low ratings out for an acceptable experience. But overall, things were just very ‘meh’ and the meal moved at a ridiculously slow pace. If our appetizers hadn’t dragged and arrived in a fashion staggered with bread, and the runners hadn’t kept our drink orders taken care of, we probably could have had a much worse experience. The worst part for me personally is the price point just felt really inconsistent with the portion sizes and level of service.

This was my first experience with a Bonefish Grill and I was impressed. The bar is where I waited for the other folks in my team to show up. The bartender was friendly and I had a nice beer while I waited. When at the table, the waiter was great and the food came out as we had order it. If in town, I will definitely be coming back to this place.

I’m not much of a chain restaurant supporter, but we frequent this location often for Sunday brunch, especially after extra rowdy Saturday nights. The bubbles and brunch will set you back $ 20 or so but it’s the best deal, by far. Bubbles. Bottomless mimosas, bellinis, and sangria. Win. Brunch. I always grab the Surf & Turf Eggs Bene; lobster and filet over poached eggs and hollandaise? Come on. So damn good. Flavor is consistent but my egg is always overpoached or my steak well-done.

We had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill in Colorado Springs from service to delicious food. Though previous reviews indicated poor service, our waiter was prompt, funny, and incredibly responsive. In addition, the manager was out stopping by tables to check on the food and the service; she stopped by our table twice and we saw her several other times. We started with the lobster flatbread and the crab cakes. Both were fresh and full flavored. The sauce for the crab cakes had a kick — we all loved it. Outside of Baltimore, those were some of the best crab cakes we’d ever had. My only regret of the experience was not just ordering the crab cakes for my meal — I could have eaten just them all night. My dad had the Rockfish special. He had really wanted the grouper he’d eaten at the Bonefish in Florida, but the waiter recommended this as a non-fishy-tasting fish. He was pleased with the choice and liked the crab and lobster sauce atop. My mom had the scallops and shrimp. They were well cooked, flavorful, and a good size. She added the crab fried rice, which was also good. I had the lobster roll. It was good, but the crab cakes were better. I also had some Breckenridge Agave Wheat beer — awesome! The bottle I had was the last one, though. The only bummer of our meal. Overall, we had some great food and great service. Highly recommended.

Ordered the mahi mahi. They didn’t have any. Ordered the orange roughy. It was ok. Ordered the house salad with no olives. Salad shows up with olives. Ordered a glass of wine. Didn’t show up. Reminded the waiter again. It didn’t show up. The bill shows up… the glass of wine I didn’t get was on the bill. Food was ok… nothing special. Service was meh

Seafood in Colorado, I know I know, kind of a taboo subject. However Bonefish is great. Reasonable prices paired with fantastic service. This place is always packed so expect a wait. I’m not even a big lover of seafood, but everything I’ve ever had has been delicious. Great Happy Hour prices and selections! And Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesdays.

Have now eaten at Bonefish Grill twice for lunch. The restaurant is very well organized, background music is nice and at a perfect level, nice spacing between tables, and the restrooms are clean. Our groups, ranging from 3 to 10, were always seated promptly and service was spot-on. I am like many others, I gauge service by my drink levels. If it runs out, service is sub-par, if it always remains full, service is excellent. Yeah it might be a shallow way to do it, but I don’t care what you think. I ordered a salad on my first visit and a burger on my second. Salad was great and I loved the presentation. Burger was good as well, but I did expect a larger patty for the price. I will be trying a fish dish on my next go around. On another note, I have dressed in a suit and tie for one visit and regular old work clothes for another — service has always been the same. Thank you for not judging me on what I wear, I hate that!
