Had no issues with pricing or cleaning. Jose’s son showed up on time, provided me with pricing up front and pre-​treated each entire room before doing the actual steam and hot water extraction process, and even gave special attention to a couple of pet accident areas to ensure they’d come clean. Furniture was placed on stryrofoam blocks to prevent damage and I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. They even provided and left protective booties for us so our feet wouldn’t get wet while the carpet was drying! Also had a chair cleaned while they were here and was very pleased with the results. I will certainly use them again. Can’t say the same for the other company who simply came out without doing any pre-​treatment or prep. prior to the cleaning process. Note: Checks/​VISA/​MC only. I agree with other posts on dishonesty with coupons. Head guy treated me disrespectfully and sarcastically. Our carpet was damaged by this service especially on the stairways.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY! The sole owner Jose Cos gave me an estimate over the phone after I gave him the room measurements. He assured me it won’t be more than $ 200.00. When he got to our house, he told me he could do the job for $ 350.00. I asked him what happened to the estimate he gave me. His answer was I have a big beautiful house and a lot of carpet. I told him the measurements I gave him hasn’t changed, so why would the price go up all of a sudden. He gave me some bullshit answer. We compromised, since my inspection was the next day. Don’t use this guy. He did a lousy job. He left the carpet soaking wet and he cut corners. He does not even deserve one star. Really bad job. Very dishonest! He did not even honor the coupon he advertised with. 1) DISHONEST 2) LOUSY JOB 3) WILL NOT HONOR COUPON AS ADVERTISED

I wish I could give this 5 stars to combat the negative reviews but I can’t. Also had the Val pack coupon, said it would cost me $ 70 so I went with them. First of all, the guy is impossible to understand on the phone. I missed about half of what he said. We agreed on 12:00 for cleaning (which was crucial it was then because I had to be moved out by 2) I called and he said he would be there from 12 – 1. Then he got there, barely looked at my carpets and said I needed a deep clean for $ 240 for 3 small rooms, and a dining room plus stairs. I told him I really just wanted a basic clean (I was just a tenant, my landlord ordered a basic steam clean), and he told me if I didn’t want his business he had a lady up the road who wanted a steam clean. Needless to say, I let him go. Everything about his demeanor was so rude and condescending. Luckily, all seasons had my back and came short notice because they wanted my business, unlike these people.

Amazing! Like all of these companies, they tried to upsell me and tell me my living room counted as a larger space! My whole place is only 2 brs 11×12 each, and living room only 18×13! No Furniture to move! Empty!

Terrible Customer Service!

Don’t waste your time or effort hiring this company! Trust me you will thank me. We called and scheduled for a carpet cleaning, had an appointment. 10 min prior to the appointment we received a call that the driver was about 15 min away (the only kudo they deserve… Calling to let me know they will be late). My wife & I moved the furniture so it would be easy to clean & to get everything cleaned. When Jose arrived he looked at the carpets and said I see you do need deep cleaning (he mentioned that we do have a pet, how convenient to know deep cleaning is needed for pets, lol, granted, we’re the kind of people who wipe our dogs (1dog) feet when he comes in from outdoors, need I say more!). We said all we want is the Valuepak coupon which is 7 rooms for $ 90. He refused to do that and told us we need the $ 180 with enzyme for deep cleaning. Because the basic service will leave a lot of water behind. I then said don’t you have truck mounted and a vacuum system to take up the water. He replied don’t worry I have the best system. One thing my wife caught that he said was, put the furniture back so I can spray the enzyme on traffic areas. This was before we even mentioned that we wanted the $ 90 coupon. So he had it in his mind to do the $ 180 cleaning before he stepped in my house! Bottom line he refused to do the coupon deal. We went to King Sooper and rented a Rug Doctor with carpet cleaning solution for a total of $ 49 and the carpet looks great.

The other two reviews are correct, this isn’t a company I’d recommend using. I was moving out of an apartment I was renting and needed to have the carpets cleaned. I saw one of the coupons in those mailers you always get and gave him a call. I mentioned on the phone I had a coupon and he said «okay, no problem». The coupon was a whole house clean for $ 99. Once he got there he walked in a told me that carpet looked horrible and needed a deeper clean then what the coupon would cover. So I ended up paying $ 150 since I needed it done right away and STILL had to pay my landlord to get spots out. Let me be clear and say that carpet was not that bad. There were a couple stains in the dinning room but that was pretty much it for the whole apartment. He did seem to spend a fair amount scrubbing the carpets, which is why I give two stars but in the end I wish I had called someone else.
