BailOut Window Cleaning

After having posted my prior review, the owner (I think) of Bailout Window cleaning, wrote me — here is what he said:
” Thank you very much for your comments and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to correct this. Any chance we can come over this Friday afternoon to take a look and reclean them? The process we use is actually much better than the old school way of using a scrubber and squeegee as we did it that way for years. Irregardless we want to make sure that the finished product is excellent and we will do our best to make it right. Please let me know a good day for us to come back over should Friday not work. Have a great evening.“
I was impressed with the quick response and offer to have my windows done again at my convenience. It does make me think they sincerely care and tried to do the best they could. I, however, declined their offer because I didn’t think a repeat of the same process would make a difference. There seemed to be gasses from the environment on the windows, which would require more scrubbing and a stronger solution, which they don’t do — so no sense in doing it again. I do praise them for their efforts to make it right!
