This review is strictly for their game processing. Took a bull elk to them at the end of archery season much against the advice of other hunters I know in the area. Was cautioned to take the backstraps and tenderloin before dropping off for processing but didn’t heed the warnings. Long story short, it cost $ 665 to do boneless steaks on a hanging weight of a little over 400 lbs! My biggest gripe is I can’t find any backstrap or tenderloin! When I called, they said the backstraps are stamped ‘chops’. The ‘chops’ meat was cut up into stew meat size pieces. WTF? I opened a package of tenderloins to find they were all cut up also. Who cuts up an elk tenderloin like that? Someone who obviously isn’t familiar with a boneless cut. They really urge you to leave bone in so it’s easier for them — now I know why! Can’t reiterate enough to NOTTAKEANYGAMEANIMALTOANDY’S MEATMARKET or you will be sorry… guaranteed.

The largest selection of meats I’ve ever seen to include everything from your typical beef chicken and pork products to buffalo, rattle snake, kangaroo and even Rocky Mountain oysters to name a few. We aren’t that adventurous but the rib eye we purchased was of excellent quality — fresh, flavorful and tender!!! The buffalo jerky was also great! Yes, you will pay more but for the quality, I’d say it’s worth it. I believe they also do custom orders. when I was in there, a fella came by to pick up the head of something he hunted so they offer services like that as well. Another local business I’m happy to support!

Best quality meats in town, no if’s and or butts. They are not the cheapest, but once you try their quality you will not be able to buy Supermarket meat. They also have a good selection of cold cuts, bacon, and sausage. If you need something special, just call ahead and the will do it for you!

Out-of-towners visiting. Looking for a great steak to grill at home(rented house). Grabbed 7 filet mignons. Very delicious. We all ate in silence with frequent moans of joy.

Andy’s Meat Market is a great locally owned and operated full service butchers and meat market. They are the classic old school butcher, with the man/lady behind the counter dressed in full whites and can school you up on all specific cuts of meat and any questions you might have. The can tailor orders to your desire with cuts, any wild game or any other specific desire you might need to get your meal to standard. They also process wild game for local hunters and specialty orders can be made for fresh Non-frozen meat. It’s worth the stop to just ask questions and get locally sourced meat without all the packaged supermarket stuff out there.

Can’t believe I’ve waited this long to visit Andy’s! They sell all sorts of meat: steaks of all cuts, sausages, bison, game hens, lamb, elk, etc. They will also process your hunted game. Prices are fair and comparable — we picked up nearly 2 lbs of frozen bison stew meat for $ 25. Helpful and friendly staff. The place is smaller on the inside than expected, but I’m thankful as I never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Private, paved parking lot. Docked off a star because one side of the store was completely disorganized with cereal boxes and other weird detritus stacked on top of each other, which isn’t a very inspiring marketing strategy for a meat place.

Andy’s is AWESOME! I am SO glad that we found this place. The selection is great and the meat is super tender(I think the beef is all grass fed). They also have selections of wild game and some other meats aside from the typical beef, pork, and chicken. The packages are a really good deal, and they will do one or two substitutions depending on how big the package is you are getting. The guys behind the counter are relaly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely become regulars here
