This shop exceeded any and all expectations I had when taking my computer in. Don’t waste your time or money with Best Buy. I have a 5 year old computer that I unsuccessfully tried to reload. I took it in, the guy that was there ran through the computer as I stood there and showed me that the problem was with my drivers and that I did not have the proper CD. They contacted Dell and got the correct CD for free. Worked on my computer for about a week. With diagnostic, install, and virus protection it came out to a whopping $ 79. From past experience with other shops I have walked away after paying $ 100 just to have them tell me what’s wrong with it. Will definitely come back here again with any future problems. It was much better than spending $ 500 for a new computer or getting ripped off from Best Buy’s Geek Squad.
