What a pity that none of the other reviews are recommended! Because they are all true!
I was recommended to Dr. Nelson by my dentist after a failed root canal. They got me in soon after I called.
The day of the appointment, they were very kind to me. The insurance part of my file got done while I was in the waiting room, which I thought should have been done beforehand, but they were ready for me nevertheless.
I went back and got X-​rayed. Then as I was in the chair, they put my X-​ray on the TV so I could see exactly what was wrong.
Dr. Nelson did an incredible job explaining everything to me, including the procedure for when I get my implant further down the road. He is incredibly personable. Puts you completely at ease. As cheesy as it sounds, you can tell he cares.
The staff did a good job knocking me out. And the next thing I knew, I was waking up to Dr. Nelson finishing my stitches. And then?
Offering me a PINT of ice cream all for me!!! I’m sure my eyes lit up like a child’s! *laugh*
As everyone else has said, Dr. Nelson called to check on me a couple hours after the procedure. Plus, he told me I could text him with any questions. Poor man. I texted him almost every day with some fresh paranoia that I had messed up my surgical site. And he remained very patient with me, offering to have me come in to get looked at since I was so worried.
Here I sit to get looked at. They got me right in.
Dr. Nelson will be recommending me to a new dentist since I’m dissatisfied with my current dentist. And if Dr. Nelson recommends him, I can tell you I’ll be thrilled to let the new dentist work on my teeth.

Dr Nelson and his team were truly amazing. I was referred to them as my Dr was unable to complete the procedure I required. Dr Nelson was professional, friendly and simply awesome. I would recommend anybody use his services, he even called me personally to check on my post procedure recovery, not a team member but Dr Nelson himself. Just awesome.
