A Piece of Cake Catering

I really, really wanted to give Jason and his team a positive review. Truth is, they weren’t horrible but if I could do it over again, I would. I guess you pay for what you get, but at $ 1200, I thought I would get more. Jason was not receptive to my calls/​emails/​texts until it was time for me to pay our balance, then he responded right away. I asked for an itemized receipt and got a texted photo of a poorly put together bill. I asked for small placards in front of each dish of food and did not get those either. I also requested numerous times specific kinds of bagels (the good stuff — onion, garlic, everything — to go with lox) and did not get ANY of those. Instead, my guests were spreading lox on their strawberry and cinnamon raisin bagels. Not cool. The cupcakes were a hit which is why we stuck with A Piece of Cake in the first place. If you’re not interested in cupcakes, go somewhere else.
