Chili’s

If I have to go to a chain, Chili’s has always been my favorite. Tonight the service was decent, the food was good but the overall experience was disappointing. I brought my sister who had never been before. The new Ziosk is ridiculous. We didn’t use it, but when the server asked if we were paying by cash or card, I replied I didn’t know b/​c I hadn’t seen the bill yet. Apparently if you’re paying by card, you use this machine? You can also pay to play games on it. That might be cool if this was 1996 and I didn’t own a smart phone. We could have ordered drinks from it too. If I am using a machine I could just stay home and order pizza online. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, dirty toilets, & the water in the sink was ice cold. I will think twice before going back again.

Wow — what a rough dinner. You know it is bad when after you pay the bill you are angry you just spent that money. It start with a less then friendly hostess, she truly behaved as if she could care less she had to seat us. Out waitress was wonderful however… peppy and fun and very thorough. The drinks were wrong. The food was just plain gross!!! The soda they served my stepson tasted funny — so my husband took it to bar to get fixed. The bartender ignored him there for about 6 minutes until he called her and she could no longer ignore him. He told her the situation and she said she couldnt help — he would have to see server and then waled away. The manager id stop by table to try to correct situation, only to tell us the bartender had in fact had some other issues before. UGH !!! Terrible experience and I had a stomach ache from the gross food all night…

They won’t honor the save-​a-​around coupons sold as fundraisers for the local school. Even though their location is printed on the coupon. They claim to have moved to another company and will not accept the coupons. Try another place that supports the local community.

I love trying new restaurants and getting out of my comfort zone at times, but sometimes I just want a reliable, satisfying chain restaurant meal. Chili’s provides that time and time again. There are a handful of dishes I opt for regularly, and they always taste the same. The bottomless chips and salsa are great (their salsa is thin which I personally love). Regardless of how full I am, I always end up getting the skillet cookie because it is out of this world. A hot chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, can’t beat it. Their prices are very reasonable, as well. As with any chain, service can be a bit spotty at times, but overall when I got to Chili’s, I know I will enjoy myself.

We love Chilis– we recently moved back to the states after three years in Europe. It was a nice lunch, but they took the quesadilla explosion salad off of the 2 for $ 20 menu. The chips and salsa is yummy though!

My friend and I brought our moms there on Mother’s Day. The waitress spilled hot sauce on my friends white pants. He got a free desert though (that’s good). Sorry for the mess we made

I ordered three sides– spinach and garlic tomatoes, potato wedges, and black beans. The spinach and tomatoes looked like they were leftovers thrown on a plate, and the wedges definitely needed seasoning, the black beans were okay but came in a VERY small cup. They all looked waaaay better in the pictures! My friend got the green Chile enchilada and said that was good however.

This is a great restaurant with a comfortable ambiance, trained wait staff, and well-​prepared foods.

This review will be my first but will not be my last. This experience was the first time I’ve been to this particular restaurant. I have been to Chili’s before but not at this location. –it’s also been a few years. I ordered quesadillas, a cup of chili and bottomless chips and salsa. I sat at the bar and decided only to drink water. However, draft beers were 2 for 1. The service was a little slow due to there only being one bartender. However, I wasn’t in a rush what so ever. The chili tasted great (which came out first). The quesadillas were, «okay» –but nothing special. Overall I enjoyed my meal and was very satisfied.
*If only they had queso with the chips and salsa*

I’m personally addicted to chili’s and the 2 for 1 margaritas. My husband and I make this our date night go to. The only reason why I’m dropping the 5^th star is because the drinks at the bar actually taste like they contain tequila, if you sit at a table they taste like a juice box. Food is always fantastic, tried just about everything on the menu. The new kiosks are fun to play with and loved ordering more drinks and dessert without having to flag down my waitress. Try the skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream… Omg heaven on a spoon.

Food was good. Computer display at each table. You will be charged $$ each time you touch the screen to play a game or read the news. You find this out when you pay your bill.

Partnership conference Chili’s time. Here every 2 years for a legal meetup at the Marriott and I’m glad we choose to make it part of our trip. I wasn’t disappointed because the service was awesome AND they had someone making balloon animals. Buy the Mac n cheese for 1.99.

I have always had a good experience at Chilis. However, in March 2014. I used my debit card to pay for lunch and left a cash tip. When the bill hit my checking account it was $ 7.58 more then my receipt. I called and spoke to a manager. He investigated and explained the error. Another customers tip was placed on my card. He stated my card would be credited within a few days. I called back several weeks later to say that my card had not be credited the $ 7.58. He stated that he forwarded the error to the business office but he has no control for what happens. He stated he would send another email but he couldn’t promise me anything. It’s been 3 months and no credit on my card. This has left a bad taste for me. Imagine the people who don’t compare their receipt to their statements. I have not returned. Very Disappointed!

I love Chili’s, but I will never go back to this location. The service was SO SLOW. My husband and I went to dinner and it took over a hour & a half– and it wasn’t even busy whatever. By the time we finally got our food the chicken in the fajitas didn’t even look like it had been cooked all the way. I was going to ask them to cook it longer but we didn’t want to be there for another hour so we didn’t even eat the chicken, just the veggies. On top of that the staff was so unfriendly and inattentive. I was very disappointed.

Traveling on a college visit we were looking for a simple meal and stopped in to Chilis. Busy but no wait. Service was prompt, food was very good. Ribs, salad, vegetable, southwestern egg roll appetizer. Everything was done right. Their 2 for $ 20 dinners are a great value.

I’ve been a fan of Chili’s for the last year or two. Mind you I prefer local restaurants but sometimes when I want something quick, and predictable Chili’s does it for me. Traditional menu livened up with sometimes unusual combinations which work.
Our most recent visit I tried their steaks and frankly, I think they tasted better than the famous restaurant from Australia down the road — hot and fresh and cooked right the FIRST time and their prices were more reasonable than the more famous restaurant. Down side? No bloomin onions.
Good service (usually), good food, good drinks, good prices what’s not to like?

This is the first time I have been to Chili’s and I like it. I did not think that they will have any thing for vegetarians in their menu, and I don’t like to make something up from the meat containing menu. This time I was with a friend who wanted to eat there and I just joined in. I ordered penne pasta with broccoli and mushrooms and it was awesome. The quantity is american size so I had it for lunch and dinner. Staff was very courteous and nice.
The place is usually very clean and well organized. Expect some noise due to TVs and large groups.

Got dragged by a co-​workers and boss for lunch. Blergh.
Food– 1 Stars
Edible and not much else. My Buffalo Chicken salad was not good. I asked for it without tortilla strips so basically I got iceberg lettuce and some baked «buffalo» chicken smothered in dressing. If I made this at home I would throw it away and start over.
Service– 2 Stars
Friendly but slow and patronizing. Always with the stupid upsells at a chain. Yeah, a group of four people in suits want a margarita the size of your head at noon on a Monday, obviously! Really slow to bring check too.
Atmosphere– 1 Star
Cheesy chain decorations. My chair had something nasty on it I had to tilt it over to get it off. The floor needed another cleaning too.
Value– 1 Star
Just not good food, therefore it isn’t worth much of anything.

So thanks to a gift certificate my boyfriend and I decided to take a night out at Chilli’s. I’m usually not a big chain fan but I haven’ t been to chili’s in a while so I decided that I’d take a chance.
The food was pretty good. We ordered a app and 2 meals for twenty (that’s pretty good… but aren’t there apps, meals and dessert for 20 in other places… right Okay anyway). We got chips and corn avocado dip. The dip was delicious the chips were alright, they were extremely thin. But I appreciated that they came out super fast. (they were even better cold the next day).
Our food came out less than 5 minutes after we got our app. I’m sorry you loose an entire star on that. I don’t appreciate being rushed, what am I suppose to do with the apps and all my food? ugh.
I ordered honey chicken crisper’s. They were Okay. The chicken wasn’t that great of quality, it had that crunch but that taste of fat that you can recognize with not good quality chicken nuggets. they weren’t bad though, but I’d probably get chicken fingers in another place next time.
So in short, Chili’s is OK. The prices are OK, the service is OK, and the food is OK… but nothing is above and beyond OK. well unless you have 15 minutes to eat and get out… cause the food comes way to fast.
Oh btw if you do go they have call ahead seating which is pretty awesome, so you can call when you leave to be placed on the list. even faster!

I used to not be a fan of Chili’s, however they are currently in the process of wooing me. One such way is with a divine concoction called the margarita chicken. Combining chicken with tequila is ingenious and my mouth applauds them for this creation. As always, the chocolate molten cake was an explosion… an eruption if you will… in my mouth with the chocolate lava extremely hot only to be cooled by the vanilla ice cream that I actually enjoyed when I don’t really enjoy vanilla ice cream. It also didn’t hurt that our waiter was kind of adorable and I wanted to pinch his cheeks… facial that is.
P. S. The kitchen was dirty, but I really think their bathroom décor is fabulous.
