Solid food but bizarre hours and not much ambiance.

The customer service was terrible. We placed an order in the morning at 930 on grubhub and at 1115am it had still not arrived. When we called to find out what happened, the manager got on the phone and told us that they didn’t open until 10am and there wasn’t anything he could do about the driver not delivering yet. Ok, no problem if you don’t open until 10, but it was then 1115 and we still had no food with no confirmation it was on its way. Which was pointed out to the manager who then told us it was our fault for ordering from 10 miles away! That was when we cancelled the order and the manager hung up on us. Overall a terrible customer service experience. Not somewhere we would return to. And this is not our first time online ordering, so we have had plenty of experiences good and bad, though this was by far the worst.

Torino’s. I ordered two burgers today medium. One of them was a bacon cheeseburger deluxe and the other just a cheeseburger. So I guess deluxe means you get fries. I ask for medium and while it seemed like the meat was cook to medium the color was the same all the way through. So I guess they were not grilled? Anyway they were very greasy and while they tasted good it was hard to eat because they were really greasy. The fries holy cow. They were like warm and soaked with grease and had a dark almost black coloring. I tried one and they were soaked with grease. I will give this place one more shot and will order Italian hoping for some better luck.

Ordered Disco Fries, an eggplant parm sandwich and a fresh brewed iced tea. Delivery was prompt (from Grubhub, and in the snow even). The food was on point and there was plenty of it

Pretty good place with some items better than others. Good cold subs but sausage and peppers wasn’t very flavorful and was dried out. Decent tuna melt and burger. Service kind of hit or miss and was a bit pit out when staff was being yelled and I was treated to a diatribe on «kids these days» etc. of note staff didn’t actually seem to do anything wrong or egregious when I was there.

This place recently opened and I’m glad I found it, very good food with a nice atmosphere to sit down, relax and enjoy a meal. The ppl there are also very friendly. I’ve only been there twice and i was very pleased with their sandwiches. Those other chain sandwich spots can kiss my _​_​_​with their skimpy meats. Torino’s is my new place to eat lunch. Their fried Oreos are excellent!
