Went there early Saturday to pick up 4 subs on our way to a college football game. All Subways are pretty much the same and reasonably good. Experience the worst customer service ever. Employee on the phone and never even acknowledged our presence. Walked out after waiting over 5 minutes. Last visit there.

Severely understaffed. On two occasions I’ve had to wait 30 minutes from start to end of sandwich. Both times had about 4 people ahead of me getting one sandwich then a good 6 – 8 people behind me. At 5:30pm there is only one staff working. Horrid management/​staffing tactic.
Anyway, I won’t be wasting time there anymore.

We eat her often seeing that we live right down the street. The store is always clean and the employees always greet you when you walk in the door. Never had a bad sandwich except maybe some rock hard bread from time to time. Compared to other Subways int he area, they are much better.
