I really wanted to like this place. It’s a small, local business run by nice people. The problem I had was when I got my food. I ordered a French dip. What I got was a small round sandwich with the thinnest slices of meat I have ever seen. Single layered I might add. The cheese slice was thicker than the meat. No joke. And no au jus sauce to dip my mini sandwich. The fries were like those shoestring potato chips I used to get as a kid. Not a very big portion of anything. It’s a really cute building with nice décor but unfortunately not great food. The bill was 30 bucks for my girlfriend and I. She got a wrap with those crunchy little fries. Like I said, really wanted to like it but couldn’t. I even waited a week to post this to have time to look back on my experience.

We stopped here by accident on a recent road trip. The staff here was incredibly warm and generous especially with our children. The food was certainly homemade and tasty at a great price. The Kids Menu portions were large enough to satisfy my son’s gargantuan appetite. The Kids Menu cheeseburger was a double patty with pickles and a delicious side of cinnamon applesauce followed by a scoop of ice cream all for $ 5. I ordered the delicious pizza burger, but was unable to finish due, once again, to the generous portions. My husband loved the garlic buffalo sauce on his wings. This place is a gem and we were lucky to stumble across it on our drive. Perfect for a family with kids.
