I bought a custom tile top table for about $ 1,000, no chairs. The rubber grouting between the tiles was not finished properly and is flaking. The grouting on butterfly leaf arrived with dirt embedded within the grout. The dirt is not removable. The owner is very nice and has tried getting the company to fix it but no action has been taken after many delays. I gave up trying to get this fixed because I was worn down after so many calls and so much waiting for the manufacturer to respond.
Such a frustrating and disappointing experience!
