Initially, I was won over by Mike’s sales pitch. He explained he offered great service and after service. Anytime you need anything just call me and I’ll be glad to help. He even said there would be sagging. He never fixed the first problem with sagging I had to engineer something to correct the sagging on a double gate. Followed by a post that was more than 4 inches warped on a single gate making the locking mechanism barely work. Without locks the gate would blow open with a stiff breeze. The gate was installed over a course of 4 weeks in July/​Aug ’14. (WOOD AND CHAINLINK). The workers came back to correct post issues right away. In Nov ’14 I notified Mike and he was going to get someone to look at it. Again in January he came by personally and said he would get on it right away. Now in March ’15 He will not return calls, texts, etc. He has completely ignored the requests. Funny thing is we were going to hire his crew to stain the deck…obviously will not happen now. I would urge buyers to beware. While he will give you a good quote in the beginning the aftercare is NOT there in many cases and Mike seems to be all talk and no follow through based on my experience. Originally, on other sites I rated him highly. Lets say I will be updating those sites as well. It’s ashamed there isn’t a way to up load pictures and texts because I would love to show how he DIDN’T follow through with his promises. BUYER BEWARE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
