I am going through the same problem with them. We booked a party with them and have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month and haven’t been able to.

We scheduled our daughter’s 5th Birthday party to be here on July 20, 2013 at 11:00am. They requested a $ 50 deposit to save the date. We arrived at 10:45am on the day of the party. Soirée was closed and nobody was inside. We called several times and nobody answered. We left several messages. After it was obvious that they were not going to show up, we moved the party to a local park. My father-​in-​law stayed at Soirée to let our guests know where the new location was. He left at noon and still no one had shown up. Today is the July 25th, and although I have called and left several messages since, they have not returned my call. Beware of this place.
