Well, I have paid them $ 155 so far and they still have my old air conditioner. I have been waiting weeks for it to be returned. This company is very stressful to deal with and very time consuming. They seem to be in the business of stealing appliances and money.

great appliances and excellent service! My stove wasn’t working over memorial day weekend and i was bugging out because i was having a party. i called big don edwards and within 2 hours joe & bob were here. They checked the stove to see if it could be fixed but since it couldn’t be fixed due to the stove being 15 years old they swapped out the old stove and installed a new stove! thanks guys your the best!

They used to be great, and now they’re, well, not. I used this company for both repair and purchases for the past 2.5 years for a number of properties. They were great until about 6 months ago. Right on time, fixed things right, reasonable fees… But the customer service has gotten so poor that I am looking for a different company to switch to. They don’t always show up when they say they will — and I don’t mean late, I mean a total no-show. They don’t call back when they say they will(for example, to let me know what they found or if something if fixed and I can use it). I bought two appliances from them and both stopped working within a MONTH of purchase time. They attempted to repair(under their 90 day warranty), but with the same customer services issues as always — no-shows, no callback, etc. I hope they’ll get their act together soon, and that later reviews will be better. But they’ve lost this client, sadly.
