My first visit to Red Robin was very good. The food and the service were good. The prices could be a bit lower, but they are not outrageous. I like the doohickey on the table to be able to ask for the waiter or waitress to visit, and to be able to pay right there. My only suggestion would be to bring new glasses instead of taking the old ones away to be refilled.

What has happened? I used to get a chicken caesar wrap once a week here, since I’ve moved I eat at the Cordova location. I was in Collierville today and got one to go and I should have looked at it before I left it was just thrown in the container and had zero Caesar dressing on it. Thanks for a terrible lunch.

First return visit to this location in about 9 months. Service was actually pretty good. Our 2 burgers were cooked correctly and served hot. The order of fries that come with the burgers appear to have shrunk. One of the orders of fries was piping hot while the other was barely warm. Not ready to eat here 2 – 3 times a month like we used to, but will have no problem coming back again. One word of advice though, if you go there and see a school bus in the parking lot, just go anywhere else.

Wow, what a difference! Tried again on 3÷18÷16 and am impressed. Service was great! Our waitress was attentive and the food came out quickly and was delicious. Bottomless fries came out quickly as well. We will definitely be back. I’m leaving my original review below so you can see how they’ve gotten better. I was here with my family on Tuesday, 1÷19÷16. The place only had 8 – 10 tables full while we were there. Food took forever! I had dinner at Firebirds the previous night with a party of nine and our food came faster there than it did at Red Robin. I really want to like this place, but they’re making it so hard! Also, what’s up with the bottom buns being so hard? I mean, Red Robin is supposed to be known for their burgers, aren’t they?!?

This Red Robin was amazing. The staff was very friendly and we were served very quickly. I would say this is the best Red Robin in the Memphis area. Our burgers were made correctly and were very fresh along with the steak fries we ordered. The dessert sticks were very tasty and topped off the meal great.

Food is good, I sometimes wish their server’s offer of «bottomless fries» would come around a bit sooner. Server tonight was good about having the TV turned down when we asked. It was just too loud for only two couples being in the area. I go back but if I’m willing to spend a little more than I think I’m getting for the experience.

I’ll be honest, if it was not for their unlimited fries this place would get 2 stars. However, I will admit that the customer service was decent. The waitress was understaffed but she tried her best to attend to all her tables in a timely fashion. As far as the location, this is a nice location in carriage crossing and the restaurant was clean. However, I am just not a fan of the burgers. I tried the Bacon cheeseburger and it was just okay. They put way too much mayonnaise on the burger that literally you could not taste any of the burger seasoning. All in all, I probably would only go back and order their unlimited steak fries because I just love french fries that much!

Burgers are good. Service is friendly and fast during lunch time. So here’s my piss off moment. I asked the waitress if they do military discount. she responded saying only if I have a red robin rewards card. I then showed her my card at the end of the meal and she then said they don’t do military discounts and in the 5 years she’s worked for red robin they never have. I got pissed and asked for the manager, the manager then said he would give us the«mall employee discount»… So red robin offers a mall employee discount but won’t give a discount to people who serve the country … Won’t be going back.

Stopped in for the first time a few weeks ago. It was a great sports bar type atmosphere with a good drink selection. The fries were good, the vegan pattie was ehh, ok. My wife enjoyed her burger and the wait staff was very nice and attentive, got us everything we needed in a timely manner. Worth a stop if you want a good burger.

This Red Robin has some issues. I would be very reluctant to visit this establishment. The staff is rude, the service is slow and they have been known to overcharge your credit card. If you do feel the need to have a burger from here, be sure to check your credit card statement to verify the charges are correct! Personally, I would rather visit Dyers on the Collierville Square. Local owners, honest people and a great burger.

I have been a frequent customer of this Red Robin location. I have not tried every single burger/sandwich, but There are a few of my favorites. For this visit, I ordered the Whiskey River(BBQ style) burger with the regular steak fries. Sweet potato/herb seasoned fries are available for a .99 more. The service was good, but the bottomless fries portions have gotten smaller :(Also, the server use to ask how you wanted your burger cooked, but now they seem to cook them all medium well? Bottom line, the burgers come out pretty good time for this location.

This place has a nice variety of burgers to choose from and prices are not bad. One thing I have noticed is the amount of fries they bring out with your meal. The amount of fries is not enough in my opinion. You can get unlimited fries. When you ask for more the server always says it will probably be 5 to 10 minutes before the fries are ready. I say that is fine. About 2 minutes later the fries are on the table. For a chain restaurant the food is not bad.

My boyfriend loves burgers and the prices are pretty reasonable here so either this location or the one in Cordova makes it into our rotation for a weeknight dinner. Although there are a lot of burger varieties on the menu were both a fan of the Tavern Burger — it’s $ 7.99 with bottomless fries and there are several ways to customize it, I’m a big fan of the onion bun. Also, the burgers and fries aren’t overly greasy here so I never feel yucky after eating here. Something fun is they offer dipping sauces for the fries. We love the bacon, garlic, and campfire sauces. The interior décor is fun and bright but not over the top. This establishment is very family friendly, I believe they even do a kids eat free night once during the week. Servers are friendly and we’ve never had any issues. With tax and tip our bill is always under $ 30 and we leave full — yay!

The service was outstanding, and all of our wildest dreams were met! I will definitely come back when I’m in the area! The waitress Jill was fantastic, very helpful, and delightful! The food was hot and ready not to mention delicious! Thanks for a great experience. Red Robin still is YUuummm!

Stop in at Red Robin after work had a very delightful conversation with the bartender while waiting for my food which was quick. Will most definitely come back to try their drink selections.

Despite wait at beginning our server was very nice and efficient she brought our food piping hot and lots of drink refills. As we were eating they got packed yet she still was attentive and settled our check in a timely manner. No manager greeting this time and not the stellar experience of our last visit with waiter Stef but it was just fine for a Monday night treat holiday break going out.

I’ve been to Red Robin twice and am just now getting around to leaving a review. If you are looking for a restaurant that is family friendly with a ton of burger options to choose from, this is your place. I will honestly say that they have almost too many burger options to choose from. I stared at the menu for a good 10 minutes. The waitress came around twice before I could finally pick one. Unfortunately, the burger that I wanted(The DGB) was sold out. I ended up going with a burger with the pineapple on it(I can’t recall the name). It was just ok. Nothing spectacular about it. They offer bottomless steak fries which were pretty good. I also tried the salted caramel milkshake and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t order the size that offered the refill on the milkshake. All in all, this restaurant was nice but the menu has way too many burger choices. I think they should condense the menu to at least 1 – 2 pages.

I know its a chain restaurant, and I’m surely not a fan of this type of restaurants, but when it comes to burgers this is one of my favorites and let me say why. I like my meat but not when its half a cow in between two pieces of bread. I do like this burguers just because they are big enough for my husbands tastes but no so big that I get the pink meat, you can ask for it if you preffer it like that, mine its always WELL done. I have two kids, 8 and 3, and we don’t buy burgers for them in any other chain restaurant because at least here you know you are getting real beef and the lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. I love their sweet potato fries, and my favorite burger is by far the Burnin’ love. It has heat but not something you can’t handle.
