Great experience! Great service. Loved the crust and the Hawaiian pizza. Yummmm. Highly recommend this restaurant. Atmosphere is really great too.

I was really excited to try this new Pyro’s franchise in Collierville. I like the concept of being able to choose your toppings and your sauces while you are in line. I ordered a full size pizza with tomato sauce and cheese. I was very disappointed that the pizza crust was very soggy and undercooked. The cheese was barely melted. It was essentially inedible. However, on the bright side, I loved the build your own salad. The lettuce was obviously the pre packaged variety but it tasted fine and it appeared to be fresh. I loved the choice of maybe 20 different toppings and therefor countless combinations and possibilities for your salad. I tried two of the dressings and they were both delicious. The restaurant had many staff members present however most of the tables were unclean. Most of the staff were hovering behind the food line and I only saw one girl trying to keep up with clearing tables in the dining room. I would go back for a salad to go but not for pizza. I suggest they add croutons as a salad topping. They have a great variety of toppings but no croutons. What is up with that? I know the restaurant is new and perhaps they are still getting organized and trained. Let’s hope it improves in time.

I love Pyro’s! I’ve been to the Union and Ridgeway locations and have had good experiences. So when I heard there was a new location in Collierville, I wanted to take my husband since he has never been. Unfortunately, the pizza at this location was a complete disappointment. Like all Pyro’s this location was pretty spacious and accommodating for a number of people. It was clean and had ample parking. Like all locations, it also has the same subway style set up where you choose either a full size pizza, snack pizza, and/or salad. Then literally you tell the person the type of sauce, meat, cheese and toppings you desire. When we arrived at this location, we quickly placed our order. Staff were friendly, and pleasant and our food arrived quickly. However, my pizza was undercooked and lukewarm. The toppings on the pizza were still cold. It had to be the worse pizza I have ever eaten from Pyros and I truly love Pyros. I gave this location 3 stars for the sole reason that customer service was good and I love pyros. I am hoping that the disappointing pizza at this location was a one time occurrence.

Do you like thin-crusted pizza? Do you like personalizing your own pizza? Do you like your pizza straight out of the oven? Look no further, this is pizza you are looking for(At least around Collierville area). Pyro’s style is similar to subway, you pick the ingredients — meat, sauce, etc and they give you a tracker for your order while you seat yourself and they make the pizza. During lunch time, there usually is a long line since there is a lot of businesses/workplaces around. So up to 10 – 15 minutes in the line to order can be expected. They have adequate seating so I haven’t found myself without a seat after ordering yet. On Tuesdays, they have a special deal where if you check in on Unilocal or social media, you get a free drink given that you order a pizza or salad. So I’ve been a regular patron every Tuesday. Overall, this is a great place for lunch breaks at work and you can’t decide what you want to eat on a Tuesday.

I have to give it 5 stars because it was excellent. Yes there was a line and it took 20 minutes to get through it– but schools were closed so I think that may have swelled the crowd. Point being that they were adequately staffed and did well. The food is good — certainly a notch above the local pizza shop and it works well in the Gucci sections of town. But, it was good and that can’t be knocked. Pizza and salads all fresh and made before your eyes. Separate sales area for beer, wine, and coffee.

This place is awesome if you like thin crust pizza! It’s like a Chipotle in that you pick what you want for your pizza and they make it and cook it. It is delicious! They also have good looking salads if that’s your thing. Beer and wine available as well. We will definitely be back! One note; they fill up on the weekends so be warned as you may want to plan your visit.

Pyro’s is absolutely great. If everyone in your family likes a different pizza, then this is the solution. You can get either a snack size or 11 inch pizza for a great price. We take out from here all the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was surprised about several things on my first soirée into a Pyro’s. I was surprised at the one, very reasonable price, for a pizza with either one ingredient, or ALL the ingredients! I was surprised at the selection of ingredients, and the quality of those ingredients. I was surprised at the generous portion for the price. And I was surprised by how much I really enjoyed my pizza. The dough bites were bland and kinda pointless, honestly, but next time maybe I’ll try the cinnamon things. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I was a little claustrophobic as they were slammed with customers and corralling us all down that narrow chute toward the preparation stations. I figure I just won’t go back when it’s crowded, or we’ll call in an order and pick up. Overall, I was really pleased with the experience and it will definitely be a go-to for a simple, tasty, inexpensive pizza!

Great Pizza! Could be bigger. If you order as a pick up they will just let it sit until you pick up without keeping it warm. Expect it to be ICECOLD when picked up.

Food is awesome. Only complaint is tables are always dirty. With employees standing around chatting.

Amazing. Fresh, clean, and fast service. The pizza could be a little bigger but it was delicious.

As the third reviewer, I’m surprised not to see a higher rating! My grandmother and I were both big fans. FOOD: At the Chipotle-style pizzeria, you can pick from six sauces, six cheeses and countless toppings for a cracker-thin crust, which is fired in the oven and ready to eat within minutes. I was excited to see a sizable selection of fresh vegetables, including unexpected offering like zucchini, roasted broccoli, roasted peppers, and red potatoes. And if you’re not hungry for pizza, you can build a big salad instead. SERVICE: When I went with my grandmother, about a month after opening, the friendly Pyro’s staff was still working out some kinks in service. Although we did a late lunch, arriving after 1:00, the restaurant was bustling; we waited 20+ minutes before our turn to order, as well as another 15 to get through the line with our pizzas. And with such a big crowd, the staff couldn’t clear tables fast enough. I bet they’ll hit their stride in a few more weeks! EATS: I took home half of my entrée-sized pizza. Next time, I’d opt for a snack-sized pizza and a side salad, although I’d like to see a lower price for the combination order. FYI: Pyro’s offers a gluten-free crust and a vegan cheese alternative.

It was just okay. I don’t like thin crust pizza. You can get a custom pizza quickly. Service was fine. The music was too loud. I think I would get a salad instead of a pizza if I went again.

Pyro’s offers something for pretty much everyone. You can make your own pizza, make your own salad, or make a small one of each. There are tons of toppings, and theirs always look fresh. I enjoy the BBQ pizza(meat is very good) and the Lambert’s peach iced tea. Food here is significantly better prepared than at its sister location in East Memphis. Only gripe, and this is pretty big, is that I had my dog with me on the patio, and a staff member came outside and told me I had to leave or put her up because dogs on the patio were a health code violation. This was the first time in 4 years of living in Memphis that this has happened, and I have taken her to dozens of Memphis restaurant patios.

Awesome! Wonderful, fresh pizza, salads, coffee, beer and soft drinks. Individual sized pizza with a thin crust that are just the perfect size for one. Gluten free crust available. One price no matter how many toppings you want. They have some creative menu options(including a pizza with egg!) or make your own. Outdoor seating too. This will be a regular on my list!
