Pediatrics East

I love nurses and Doctors here, they’re nice and helpful. However, the front office ladies are straight out rude, unhelpful and lazy.

I take my son all the way to Collierville just to see Dr. Lauren Mitchell. She has seen my son since he was a newborn and I wouldn’t take him elsewhere. Dr. Mitchell is very straightforward and has a great bedside manner. She’s very personable and easy to talk to.
We’ve also seen Dr. Fesmire during impromptu visits. My son hates going to the doctor and during that particular visit, Dr. Fesmire eased his fears by letting him see the equipment he would be using.
Furthermore, the staff manning the front desk are all pleasant and prompt. The location is always clean and tidy.

I’ve been taking my almost 14 year old son to pediatrics east for years. We tried a few different pediatricians when he was little until we found the perfect fit with pediatrics east. I believe he was around 5 years old. This year his pediatrician retired so we switched offices and started seeing Dr. Fesmire.
We have loved pediatrics east. They always listen to and address my concerns and voice any concerns they have. Years ago my son was seen by doctors that did not exhibit this level of care. They would simply tell me what to do without listening to the fact I had been doing those things for a very long time. My son is very small for his age. He has just recently started to sprout.
The staff at pediatrics east has always listened to me. They believe that the parents really know their children and will ask questions if there are concerns. I love this. My infant daughter is now in their care.
Dr. Fesmire checks my children over thoroughly and compliments me when we speak about little things like changing my baby’s baby wash due to eczema. It really makes you feel better as a parent to be told you are doing things right.
The love they have for the children and the respect they show the parents really makes pediatrics east a true blessing.

I love Peds East, I went here as a child and now my son goes to the same Dr. Hayes. He is great with children! He takes the time to explain things and answer any questions you may have.

We were new to the area, and based strictly on reviews, gave PEC a try. Dr. Mitchell is great! She really took her time explaining things TO my daughter (as in, spoke directly to her, asked HER questions). I love it when doctors involve kids in their own health, rather than just ignore them and talk about them to parents while they sit in the background. The waiting room was clean, and the receptionist was very nice. We did not wait very long to be seen, which shows they really do respect patient’s time, as well. So glad we found a good pediatrician!

Love this office! My daughter sees my old pediatric doctor. You are treated with care and love here. They also have different after hour (hours and holiday) which is helpful since kids seem to get sick around holidays and weekends.
