I went to the one on Poplar Avenue in early December and asked specifically if I got glasses if they’d be ready before January 4th(I wanted them before a trip) and was assured they would be. The eye doctor did a thorough job; however, the woman working in the front lied about the time it’d take to get my glasses! This wasn’t a mistake — when I called to check on them the Monday after Christmas(the day she said they’d be ready), she told me they weren’t ready and there was«no way» they’d be ready and then proceeded to give me some line about«well, it’s the holidays and the lab is closed». If she knew that then why on earth would she tell me they’d be ready on time??? Bait and switch all the way.

I had bought several pairs of glasses here and one of the glasses I bought kept popping the lenses. Very irritating! I took them in several times and each time the folks there put them back in for me. The last time I went in, the Gal that had helped me several times took it upon herself to discuss my problem with the store manager and suggested to him that they replace this pair. I got a phone call several days later informing me that my lenses were in and all I needed to do was come in and select new frames. It took me about six weeks to get back into the store, but my lenses were there. I picked the frames and an hour later I had new glasses. This Gal went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate her initiative and Great Customer Service! I will definitely come back to this Pearle Vision!
