I went to this doctor yesterday. My face, throat, ears, and body was hurting. When I spit or blow my nose blood would come out. The doctor said I had a virus that would last 7 to 10 days. So after the doctor was finished I left and called a coworker about me taking off. Long story short I called back to the doctor office and she tells me I don’t need to be off. And what I have is no more contagious than a cold. I could barely move but this doctor said I was okay to go to work. Thank God I have a job were I have sick time. I feel like this place is very inconsiderate and uncompassionate.

This place is terrible. I went to get on some medications for chronic congestion. There was only one other patient there at the time. I waited for over an hour and still was not seen. I walked out because the place seemed poorly staffed and run. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Went here after feeling sick. Was told I had a virus but was clearly showing signs of an infection. Was told they would send off a culture and was given a gargle for my throat. A week later no culture was sent. (Went to another doctor and have bacterial infection may end up hospitalized now.) Don’t waist your time at this clinic. It will save your time, money and health. They told me to come back if I didn’t feel better, why would I? The following day went to urgent care and he treated me with sinus cocktail, antibiotics and antibiotic ear drops. I needed the culture I was told st. Francis took so it would help with my treatment.(I hate the doctor lied about sending one off. She said office culture showed no to strep and she was sending a culture to lab)
