The customer service here is horrible! I repeat horrible. In case you missed it horrible. Took a dress to get hemmed. I was with my daughter. She hemmed it way too long, dragging on the floor a lot. Took it to get fixed and she insisted I told her my daughter was going to wear heels. That is a bold faced lie. That conversation was not had and she purposefully wore flats for the fitting. After arguing literally arguing with her she finally«fixed» it well sorta… she insisted on charging us more even though she did not properly hem the dress the first time. And guess what it was still long but it was better and workable and I was done with this ridiculous place. They don’t care about you as a customer they just want to take your money. Of note, they do not properly collect taxes all the time seems only when they feel like it. They were even joking about how they collect taxes. The quality of the hem was fine but the improper length and being rude and downright mean when shown an issue was unforgivable. I will never go here again there are plenty of other places in town.

I recently purchased a blouse I liked it so much I bought 12 more. Very professional. Great material.

Absolutely horrible. Lim would not quote me a price before I left dress to be hemmed. Then he charged $ 32 for simple dress hem. Dress was not pressed or even steamed after. And, they measured and pinned it on me, but then the hem was too short. They also pretend to not speak a word of English, so you cannot communicate any questions or concerns. DONOTGOHERE unless you want to be ripped off and extremely dissatisfied.

They get the job done appropriately and in a good amount of time, which is why they definitely deserve three stars, but there are a couple of caveats keeping me from giving more stars. First of which is the stench of the place. It’s a kind of old, wet, mildewed smell. Second is the fact that they keep personal, completed checks within the glass display counter and on the top shelf. Routing numbers and all. To me this is a major personal information hazard. Finally, despite the loud jingle bell snowflake on the door that rang as I went in, I had to vigorously shake the thing to get anyone’s attention in the back after waiting for some time. All in all, if you need something to be tailored within Collierville, this is a decent option to choose. P. S. They do not take any kind of cards, neither debit nor credit. They do take checks and, obviously, cash.
