Never any problems. Owner is really nice as are the employees. Very good experience every time I’ve gone. Clothes always come out better than most dry cleaners!

They washed instead of dry cleaned a very expensive jacket of mine and ruined it. I explicitly asked for dry cleaning and not washing. The manager was very nasty and rude to me. Never went back and would recommend against this store. That is definitely not how you handle a mistake with a long term customer.

My family has taken all of our dry cleaning here for years and had absolutely great service, however, after how we were treated today, I doubt we will ever come back.
Yesterday, I dropped off my dry cleaning and chose to pay when I picked it up. I remembered the amount on the receipt, but when I went to pick up my clothes, the woman working told my mother an amount $ 10 above what the receipt had said yesterday. I accidentally left the original receipt at home, so I thought I was just mistaken, and we paid the higher amount in cash. When we returned home, I checked the receipt as soon as we walked in the house, because I was sure the receipt said a lower amount. Turns out, it was the $ 10 lower amount like I thought. I showed my mom, and she called to talk to the woman who charged us the higher amount. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, and said she had never said the higher amount and that she had given us back the correct change. This was a complete lie, and she refused to credit our account with the price difference.
If she could so easily take advantage of our family, make sure you always have your receipts with you when you are picking up your clothing. Since we paid in cash, there’s no record of the transaction, and she is most likely putting the extra money into her own pocket. If this is the case, as we expect it is, then it’s likely happening to many people, and this is just one instance where she got caught. We have tried to follow up with the manager, but have not been able to get in contact.
Conclusions from this experience: Never pay in cash and always have your receipt with you, or you will be taken advantage of. Congratulations, Dry Clean Super Center. Keep your $ 10 and lose our family and friends’ business. Hope it was worth it.

Excellent drive through service with cheerful employees. Owner is especially friendly and always moves the line quickly. They offer same and next day service and will handle large items such as our down comforter and specialty items like our holiday linens. I’ve tried other drive through cleaners and this spot is the best. Prices are very reasonable. Only drawback is that they do not offer folded boxes dress shirts for travel.

I love that they’re cheap and close to my home. Pretty much bring all my stuff here.

This cleaners used to be good but they ruined several of my items recently and the manager was quite rude when I brought the items back in. I would not recommend them at all for this reason.

I like this particular location because they do the cleaning in the same store. They actually have the equipment and people in back. The prices are reasonable, and it’s pretty convenient as well. My clothes come back clean, and we’ve had them do drapes as well.
