I have to give credit where credit is due! Lilium did a fabulous job with my bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, center pieces, etc. I worked with Taylor and explained that I wanted a modern day My Fair Lady wedding and asked specifically for Juliet garden roses, light pink/white dahlias, and dusty miller. Everything was LOVERLY! I could not be happier with the way it turned out. Classic and chic in every possible way. I was blown away at how gorgeous the arrangements were for the chapel — she included a delicate pink Astilbe which added the perfect touch!(see photo). For the reception she used mercury vases which added the perfect touch of vintage glam(see photo). The only thing I didn’t love is that a few of the dahlias were closed on the cake. Still everything was beautiful! Thank you for bringing my wedding day vision to life and making it a day we will never forget!

Lilium puts together the most amazing floral arrangements for our special occasions. I’ve been using them for years and they continue to surprise and delight with the unique arrangements they create. They aren’t the cheapest florist in town, but we’ve used almost every other service and none stacked up next to the arrangements that Lilium creates. Lilium is wonderful to work with because they take very vague direction and make something beautiful out of it.

I have had some beautiful flower arrangements from these folks but they are certainly lacking in Customer Service. My daughter forgot to purchase her prom date a boutonnière five days before Prom. I went into the store and there were two employees that appeared to be doing nothing told me they would be with me in a few minutes. During my wait I noticed that there was a sign on the counter mentioning that they weren’t taking any more prom flower orders. When the employee figured I had finished reading the sign, she asked what she could do for me. I said that it was probably too late to order a boutonnière and she said«have you read the sign». Rude. I think they were so insulted that someone would have the audacity to enter their establishment two weeks past the cut-off date and actually be looking for a boutonnière! How hard really is it to make one of these, probably take the better part of five minutes! Customer service I would give them«0» stars, but that option wasn’t available.
