Trappe Pediatrics

The doctors are great, the front staff is awful. They are rude, they don’t acknowledge you at the desk when you walk up to check in, I’ve heard them arguing on the phone with patients, hang up and complain about the patients to coworkers… all while the patients in the waiting room can hear everything. I’ve worked in doctor offices and hospitals and I was an office manager for years and they aren’t great staff. We moved on to another office.

We love this office! Always friendly and typically on time. The staff is excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my 4 children to Dr Brogan for over 15 years. I followed him to Trappe from King of Prussia. We still come here from K of P even though my two oldest are in college they have made a commitment to see my kids thru their college years. We absolutely love Dr Brogan, Dr Vitelli and Gail is the best! The office staff and the nurses are also the best. I have had to call the service on weekends and holidays and always got a prompt response. I have never had more than a 15 minute wait even with sick visits and they always get me in the day I call for a sick visit. There is sometimes a wait to get thru on the phone which can be frustrating but once thru the staff is very helpful.

I have been taking my children to this practice for over 11 years. I have always really liked Dr. Brogan, Dr. Vitelli and Gail Bedell! I wouldn’t go to Dr. Finch again because he has misdiagnosed my children and has been a much better «talker» than listener when I needed some advice. He would not even listen to my questions. Unfortunately, the practice has just become too large. I feel, even after all these years, that my children have just become numbers. The front staff use to be friendly and helpful and now they leave much to be desired:(! I am looking for a new practice.

I have never had a problem with the doctors, but the front office staff leaves something to be desired. There have been a few instances where my child has been sick, and the answering service made me call back when they were open. They are supposed to open at 9 am, but the answering service was still picking up at 9:20 am. At one point, I just ended up taking my child to Urgent Care. Another time, we were told, as we were leaving one appointment, that we did not have to make an appointment for a follow-​up shot. Thankfully I did call, just in case; I was told during that call that whoever told me was misinformed and that an appointment had to be scheduled. We are currently looking for a new pediatrician; if you can’t get through the front office, forget getting through to a doctor.

Dr. Brogan and Emily are amazing. Dr. Finch is eh. Wait times are quite aggravating. I’m on the fence deciding whether to leave or not.

Our kids have been coming to this practice for seven years now and even my oldest son doesn’t mind coming to see Dr. Brogan! When we first started coming here, he was in a different location and his practice wasn’t nearly as big as it is today. He has a number of doctors and nurse practitioners helping him out. We’ve always found everyone that we’ve dealt with over the years to be friendly and great with the kids. While we generally see Dr. Brogan, we’ve seen all the others ones at one point or another. There’s really only one doctor that we aren’t overly fond of, mainly because he’s misdiagnosed our kids on more than one occasion, resulting in additional doctor visits. We’ve had the unfortunate need to call them after hours or on weekends on plenty of occasions, and they are always quick to call back. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone looking for a pediatric doctor.
