Wolf Creek Car Wash & Oil Change

Very expensive oil change for a SynBlend, there was a $ 15 parts charge on top of the oil and filter which is what took it over the top, Blend oil changes are available all over for 40 – 65 $, so that charge with no explanation kills it for me. It was fast and they were friendly.

Horrible Service, they do a rush job (wasn’t in a hurry) when you pick up your truck the seats are still wet. I guess they were in a hurry to get to the next one because they didn’t even roll the windows down so now I have a brand new truck with stinky wet seats? Really won’t be back take your business to Shammys they care.

Very good car wash but the oil change guy recommended Royal Purple which is a terrible product. They don’t carry Pennzoil, so I’ll be going somewhere else next time.

Slow and over priced! Paid $ 50 plus the normal wash to get tar off, missed most of it, had to redo twice and found more when I got home. The wash was not as good as the other places in town at more than half the price. I used to go here all the time when I first moved here three plus years a go and changed, decided to try again… very dispapointed, still nothgn has changed… OVER Priced and Half… well you got the jest of it!

65 for a hand wash, detail, and interior! My jacked up jeep shines like she is dripping wet all the time. I don’t know how they do it but it works!

For $ 50 my car still had bird poop on it and most if the dog hair was still in the car, horrible experience.

This review is mainly for the woman answering the phone. The car wash and detail itself was great as far as I can tell. Of course I spent just over $ 100 for a full wash, detail, and carpet wash. So that part was great. Good job to the guys out there.
The lady that had answered when I was looking at all their different packages and trying to figure out what was all included seemed like I was bothering her. The website is not very clear on what certain packages include like the ultimate combo. Anywho, she wasn’t too helpful and did not completely answer my questions. When asked about a certain service she went into «Oh no we don’t have time to do that today were booked» or w. e I’m like I didn’t ask to bring anything in today I was just asking about the service. Ok
Work on your staff and customer service. Thanks.

I think car washes are tough to rate. It’s like «clean this toilet» and it’s not your own. You have to clean up everyone else’s «stuff» they get on the inside and outside.
Needless to say my car left the car wash cleaner than when I got there. For $ 17.99 I can’t expect someone to care that much. Side mirrors were still dirty and front door jams were still dirty as well. Other than that they did a great job.

Before we moved here we lived in Austin. There we had a place that would do a full service car wash for $ 11.99 with a good waiting area and free popcorn. Here it cost $ 17.99 and their quality isn’t as great.
It’s not too bad, I really only went here because I didn’t want to do it myself. I’m not sad with the result but I’m not happy with it either. The job was only ok.

This place is probably the best prices I have seen for a car wash. They are very nice and do their job. There is every place with flaws but at the end of the day, I will be bringing my car back. I love straight to the point people!

I often get my oil changed here. They do a great job of it and are very friendly whilst doing so. When I have time, I do the car wash too. It used to be crazy excellent, but this last time I was not as impressed, which is sad because I tipped them thinking they’d have done it like the previous times I’d gone there. (I tipped a $ 20) I ended up having to clean some pretty obvious spots on the inside when I got home. One of the guys was kind of rude to me, too. However, this was one time out of the half-​dozen times I’ve been there, so hopefully it was just an anomaly.

So I have been here twice and it seems like the wash is okay.
If you don’t wash your car often it seems like the mechanical wash isn’t enough.
The guys who dry and quickly detail the car do a descent job.
Don’t expect to be wowed.
I parked under a tree a couple weeks ago and have some residue of droppings still on my car after the wash and hand detail.
So this place is great if you wash your car week to bi weekly.
Other than that don’t expect too much.
Looks like I have to go home and rewash the outside and hit the missed spots.

What a great job they did! These guys work their butts off for you! There was a guy named Connor at the oil change service who was working 3 jobs on the side but yet he was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of! He said he barely got any sleep that day as well because of his other jobs! He is awesome! Also the car cleaning people are amazing! They work so hard, they dusted and vacuumed everything in my car! My car looked like junk before but now it is spotless! They did great! Anyways if you want great service, this is the place to go!

Great service, quick and friendly. I was overdue on both an oil change and car wash and you guys took great care of my car! I decided to get the ultimate inside clean package and I couldn’t be more happy. You guys took such care and a lot of attention to detail. My 2008 honda looks brand new inside (never thought that was possible) and all of the dog hair from my pups is gone. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I had my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport washed and waxed. I have always had my cars washed at this car wash. Well I am walking out to my car (mileage at time of wash and wax was 2000) I noticed a couple of 8 – 12 inch scratches on the roof of my car. Logic told me that my brand new car has never been washed, waxed, driven through trees, and that the only possible place that this damage happened was at Wolf Creek Car Wash. I drove to the car wash and spoke with a man (an hourly worker) and told him briefly what happened, and he went to get the big man (David) who ended up being completely irrational and told me that their is absolutely no way that my car was scratched at their car wash! I called speculation on this horrible claim, and was treated with the customer service and respect you might expect to find at a salvage yard. David was very rude, inconsiderate, and handled my issue with the most unprofessional manner I could ever have dreamed up. He is not a manager, not sure what he is. I now see why David has only gotten so far in life as to work at a car wash because he has no people skills, customer service skills, and makes the most outrageous claims… He said you must have been at wal-​mart and someone set something on you car and dragged it off and scratched it. I said are you serious? He was the absolute worst to deal with, and I feel bad that he is representing that business and the problems that they face. Bill fire David, or keep him and get more unhappy customers. I will talk to you soon Bill.

Convenient location and fast service. The oil change is a drive through version where you drive through and wait in your car while they service your car. The service was fast, friendly and they topped off all my fluids. Coming from the Bay Area, I felt the price was a bit steep… for the basic oil change, it’ll cost you over 40 $ with 26 $ of it being labor. I am used to going to the dealer and paying 30 $ total for a basic oil change. I got fully synthetic oil and a new air filter so the price was 86 $ but my car probably uses more oil than a car w a smaller engine and w fully synthetic, I won’t need another oil change until 6,000 miles. The price is offset with the free car wash they give you right next door. The car wash was fine, vacuum and wiped inside and out. No extras like tire shine or anything.

Thank you Wolf Creek for your fast service and your fairly non-​disgusting workers. Seem strange that I would say something like that? Ask any girl that has had to take her car into the shop and she’ll know what I’m talking about. At least the workers here seem to know how to not stare at the women who come by. If nothing else, that makes this place worth going to.
More than the no drool factor, it is great because they have incredibly fast service and a variety of levels to choose from. I tended to get my oil changed here because they carried the expensive stuff that I liked to spoil my car with AND they through in a free car wash. I did enjoy that they’d dry it by hand so I could avoid any streaking.
The prices are incredibly reasonable and you can just sit on the porch while you wait for your car to be ready. The location is really convenient since you’re in walking distance (albeit, it is a bit dangerous crossing the roads here) from a bunch of restaurants.
