While visiting my college-age daughter, she and I decided to purchase bras that were advertised an additional 40% off. Upon not finding our sizes because the sizes were not in the correct bins, we looked in the boxes located under the tables where the bras could be found organized in the correct sizes. As we were getting the bras we wanted to purchase, the worker told us to get out of the boxes and we could not get bras from there. I told her that our sizes were not available in the bins and she said(with an attitude) that she would get some out later when she was«done».(I am not sure what«done» exactly meant, because she was not doing anything.) I have shopped in many, many VS locations across Texas and have never experienced the rudeness we encountered. This VS location is now permanently marked off of my list. VS Headquarters: Please provide training on customer service to your employees at this location.

Decent selection but I waited about 15 minutes yesterday to try on two bras. That was insane. Also I have never seen a salesperson as pushy as one of the girls they had breathing down people’s necks in the Pink section. She told me her name three times, presumably to get commission at the register. I believe it was Casey or Kelsey and she continued to speak despite me clearly not looking at her. I heard her ask a man«are you sure!?» over and over after he declined something she was offering to do for him. I got what I needed but I honestly don’t want to go back in here because that was SO annoying!

Being male and comfortable with my masculinity, I find this a great place to shop for the lady I my life. The staff have no problems helping a single male by offering suggestions. It helps if you know the correct sizes of the person you are buying for. The appreciated that I knew the measurement details and wasn’t stammering around with embarrassment. It helps to share with the sales staff the occasion you are shopping for. Of course you can do it all on your own as well. They have a great selection of other stores. So… if you are male, pull up your big boy pants, hold on to your masculinity and go shopping for that special on that special occasion or in my case, trying to get myself out of the doghouse…
