I feel like i got ripped off. I asked them to give me a qoute which they told me it’s gonna take a week and i was like fine but after a 9 days they still haven’t called me so i had to go there n find out they still haven’t done anything so they said they will call me later that day. They told me just for changing my keyboard alone(not moderboard) it’s good nna be 470 $ n i told them don’t do anything to it i just pick it up n when i was checking my laptop out they charged me 60 $ for an hour of work all i asked for was a quote for replacing my keyboard n I already told them don’t do anything else bc im not sure i wanna spend that much on a 700 laptop which I already spend 350 on it before but they fu**ing charge me for 60 $ n im a student who has budget based life

I brought my laptop in(Dell Inspiron 15) to have a virus removed. I wanted it on rush service but they put it on standard. I called four days later & was quoted a price of $ 110. Wasn’t too bad, I thought. Then they called me six days later & the total was $ 269. I was very upset & was told if I didn’t agree w/the price I could speak to the manager. I went to pick up my laptop & when the receptionist told me the total($ 269), I told her that didn’t sound correct. Then she went back through the paperwork, told me the price was incorrect, that it should’ve been $ 211. I’m not a computer geek, but that seems steep just to remove a virus and restore my laptop to previous settings. I was happy they put a free antivirus on & the tech booted up my laptop & tested it for me in front of me. The customer service was great but still too expensive.

Opted for the rush service option… big mistake. I just got it back, 2 weeks later! I told them I’m not paying the«rush» price, and the tech on the phone said that’s fine, it would be reduced to the standard service price. When I came in collect my laptop and pay, the price was still for the rush service, but they put a 10% discount on it. That’s still more expensive then the standard price! And since they didn’t go over the charges, I almost missed it! Of course I went back in and told them it was supposed to be at the standard price, and they fixed it. Oh, and all they needed to do was install a new hard drive. It took them a week and a half to figure that out. This tech also admitted over the phone that their software is out of date for newer laptop models– I have a Sony Vaio– so don’t even bother with this place unless you just need a screen replaced or something. The software is supposed to tell them what the issues are, but it kept giving my laptop a false positive. If I ever need any tech advice or easy repairs, I’ asking a student in the future. Waaaaay cheaper. Total price for standard service and a 500 gb hard drive($ 99.99), not including tax, is $ 237.49.

If I could give them 0 stars I would worst customer service ever I gave them 300 for a simple virus wipe and new hardware and my computer breaks 2 months later from a virus when I bring it in to let them know, they tried to say it’ll be 250 for them to do anything about… And also the manager Karen is extremely rude… I’d go any where else but here

Brought a business computer in for service and they ended up charging more than the computer was worth. Lost the cables, I had to go back several times so they could find the cables. Totally expensive time wasters.
