Nice, new store with enough employees to help their customers.
But help is something they were not trained on.
Tried to buy a 700.00 item but we were left standing around for an hour with no communication as to what was going on. The employee finally came back with the item, parked it in the middle of isle and literally hauled ass.
We hauled ass also but not to a Lowes.
Lowes doesn’t need the sale.

I always find what I’m looking for, but finding someone to help is almost impossible, n then usually the person I find doesn’t know that department.
Finally a guy comes over, he knows what he’s doing but looks like he’s been running for days. He was sweaty and super exhausted. That poor gentleman is being worked to death.
In closing, the store is clean but way under staffed.

Worse experience ever. I ordered a washer ten days ago and as of now it still has not been delivered yet. They boast that they do next day shipping. Complete bullshit. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I have no idea why they are taking so long to deliver. I was promised on multiple occasions that it was going to be delivered that day, then have it not delivered with no call or heads up notice so it’s another day wasted sitting at home waiting for someone to show up. I’ve even had one occasion one they told me it was on the truck, but I guess it never got to my house. I have to call multiple times to confirm that it’s being shipped and yet still nothing. They need to have more accountability or get more delivery workers. Will not be returning again.

Location is great, wish the employees were as well. Lots of employees around but not many there to help you. Especially bad if you ever want to return anything. I’ve gone back twice after a snarky employee told me «we don’t accept returns», then that someone would be with me soon only to wait at the desk with no one else in front of me as lots of employees milled around but would not help (left after waiting over 15 minutes). I buy a lot from Lowe’s but this store is making me question my loyalty. Go to Lowe’s in Bryan or Home Depot unless you want to be disappointed every time.

Great place to find all your home repair items Service is great and staff or friendly. If they don’t have it in stock, they will look online and help order it or you. There is a huge selection of name brand appliances, all sorts of things that you probably don’t need but certainly adds to your home, apartment or ranch. Plenty of parking and lots of check out lanes.

Great customer support on the floor, staff in the floor is knowledgeable and are always very helpful. But the service is equally bad at the customer service desks, in my almost going there 20+ times I have never not even once encountered an employee behind the customer service desk that was pleasant and had a smile on their face.

After the service found here today I would actually consider driving the extra two miles. It was obvious that this store has way more staff than the one in Bryan. We were greeted the very second we walked in the door, and taken directly to what we were looking for (replacement stove top parts) which was in the back of the store. That saved us a lot of time by being brought right to what we were looking for. And upon using self check out and leaving an employee told us thanks for coming and have a nice day. Not a generic greet, the guy was sincere. Felt good about shopping here today due to the staff. We felt appreciated.

I like this location of Lowe’s a lot. The employees are helpful without being in your face, and there are always plenty of people working so that you can find someone to help you. I spend more time and find better deals here than I usually expect (certain things are cheaper than Wal-Mart) — love it!
