I really like the sandwiches here, but my order is so consistently incorrect that I feel like I have no choice but to not return. I gave them more than enough chances, but my order of a #12 with no tomatoes (not complicated) comes back wrong 3 out of 4 times. They decide that no tomatoes means I don’t want cucumbers either or just completely disregard the no tomatoes request. I don’t really know what the problem is; maybe they need more employees to cope with the to go order volume? One time I pulled up to the window and the employee asked me what my total was… maybe smoke less weed before going into work. Important to note: I have better luck with my order being correct when I walk in as opposed to going through the drive thru.

Worst service ever at a Jimmy Johns. We were so disappointed. My sandwich was marked no tomatoes. They were on there. So I deal woth it and just give them to my husband instead of having her make a new one. My allergy to them is mild enough I can just take a benedryl. I’d rather do that than ask for another. My husbands sandwich is marked as hot peppers added. They weren’t on there. When he goes to ask for peppers she argues with him and says she put them on there. One rude employee just ruins the entire thing. We won’t be back to this particular Jimmy Johns.

Horrible experience tonight (09−10−15) around 11:30. Employees were very rude to my girlfriend and I. Gave me the wrong tea and gave my girlfriend the wrong soda as well. Charged me wrong on top of that too. Not going back to that location in a while.

Great delivery service: takes less than an hour, no errors in several orders, easy and quickly to order.
Greg brought our sandwiches today, with napkins and separately packed mustard packets, all nicely packaged.
I wish they always sent all condiments separately, including mayo, relish, mustard, ketchup, salt & pepper, etc.

I live the #9 Italian. The bread is what makes these sandwiches great. The BBQ chips are good.

This is ONLY for the delivery service. I eat at Jimmy John’s regularly and my first experience with Jimmy John’s delivery was last night. They require you to purchase at least $ 25 in food before taxes in order to have food delivered. We continued to add items to our small 2 sandwich order until it was over $ 25 and allowed us to place the order online. The order was submitted and about an hour later we get a call asking if we’re going to pick up our order by a not overly-​friendly person working there. We said it was a delivery order and he asked the address which they already had. I gave it to them again and apparently 3.3 miles away (also right off of University) is outside their delivery area. He spoke to a manager to see if they would make an exception and was told no. I enjoy Jimmy John’s food, but I will not bother spending money at this location again.

Here is the issue I have with jj’s, it is very good but dam it’s expensive! I ordered 2-​pepes, 2-​chips, 2– cookies, 2– Billy clubs and 2– pickles and it was $ 45.40 with a tip, ridiculous! We can eat at Olive Garden for a lot less, granted it’s not jj’s but it’s 4-​hot entrees with a salad & bread sticks and drinks for about the same or less. Bottom line if you want a cold sub and want to pay extremely high prices call jj’s but if your looking for more for less look elsewhere!

Disclaimer: I actually really like Jimmy John’s. However, the past 4 times my roommates or I have ordered delivery from this location, our orders have been completely wrong. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen but, 4 times in a row? Really? One time the manager said she would give us our money back and that never happened. Anyway, I would refrain from ordering delivery from this location in the near future.

I arrived at JJ at 2:40 and pulled up to the window to find out that this location was closing early, as this employee had specific permission to do so. I explained to the employee that I thought they were open until 3:00am and he proceeded to make the exact sandwich I preferred, got the chips I preferred, and stayed later in order to do so. This employee’s name is Louis, and he offered top of the line customer service tonight, and treated me in a way that makes me want to come back to this Jimmy Johns forever. I tried to tip him an adequate amount due to him trying to close when he was instructed, but he kindly declined as I could not tip on a credit card sale. I could tell Louis was a special individual just by the few moments I interacted with him. College Station University location is very lucky to have an employee like him!

Delivery in about 36 minutes and they didn’t give me any napkins, so for a company that boasts fast deliveries, they don’t seem to know how delivery works.
The sandwich was maybe the same as other JJ’s, but I never like any JJ’s, so this review isn’t based on food. I only ever order JJ’s because I’m hungry and want food ASAP.

The guy taking orders was totally uninterested. Maybe he had a hangover. Perhaps just dumb. Hard to tell. Totally screwed up our order. First time I’ve ever been disappointed enough at a JJ’s to request a refund. Won’t be back to this sorry location.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this location seems sub-​par. The last time I went in, they had just cleaned and the store REEKED of cleaning chemicals. Not even the good-​smelling kind. Later when I was eating my sandwich on the road, my sandwich tasted like the cleaning solution! I had to throw it out because it was so foul. I think the bread absorbed the smell and tainted everything.
There were about 8 employees there and it took maybe 5 minutes? I was the only customer in the store.

I’m torn. I feel very hesitant to give this particular location 4 stars. The last 2 times I went the employees definitely seemed stoned. My friend who worked at one in Dallas always was when he was at work. Anyways usually I’m in and out of this place in less than 2 minutes, no joke. The last couple of times I’ve gone it’s been during off hours (8 pm) and they literally took 10 minutes to make my sandwich. 10 freaking minutes. They had like 4 or 5 people working and I was one of two customers inside the place. You’re probably questioning why I gave 4 stars and that’s because usually I have great experiences here and love that they’re open so late.

Normally it would take me five minutes to drive here and pickup my order, but I decided to have it delivered. I ordered my sandwich at 6:46pm and it did not show up until nearly 7:40pm. Freaky fast? Not even close. I could have driven 70% of the way to the Austin Jimmy John’s in the time it took them to deliver.

1. They will take your order and then call you back 30 min later that they dont deliver to you location. I have food delivered from places twice as far.
2. The staff working inside the store are completely incompetent. How difficult is it to give me a sandwich, chips and a drink. Thw order takes forever, they give me the wrong drink, forget the chips, and then give me the wrong kind of chips. At least they remembered no tomato.

This one star review is for delivery only. I like JJ’s food, which is why I wanted to order it. I called in and gave my address and they said I am out of their delivery zone. I live on University Drive… According to mapquest, I live 4 minutes away, or 2.84 miles. Apparently, this is too great a distance for them. I’m not as impressed with their commercials about how fast they deliver now that I know that you have to live less than four minutes away from them in order to even get them to bring you food.

Quick, cheap, not the best, far from the worst. This is what fast food should look like.

Stopped by my favorite Jimmy John’s for lunch today and as usual it was insanely, stupid busy but they were slamming out orders like in 30 seconds or something freaky crazy. Jimmy John’s and Fuego are the new lunch and late nite «Hot Spot» of Aggieland which some consider the new Northgate.
There was a sign on the door saying that they are now open to 3:00 AM in the morning and another saying all you have to order is one single sandwich for delivery. So apparently you can order just a single sandwich up to 3 AM and have it delivered, extremely fast. While I usually eat in the store the last time I ordered delivery it arrived in just minutes.
This Jimmy John’s and Fuego Tortilla Grill across the street are in fact the new hot spots for Aggieland where people in the know hang out, which is evidenced by the extremely large amount of cars and people during lunch and late at night. This is where you can find everyone at lunch and late, late. The people that work here are cool too, I like them. Thumbs up.

Well, since I’ve ordered JJ’s about 5 times in the last week, I can honestly say that their food quality and delivery service are consistent. The delivery is scary fast, like I wonder if I’m the only one ordering because it takes the exact amount of time I think it would take to make the sandwich, hop in the car, and drive over to my house. WIth no dillydallying, if you get my drift.
So far, the Ultimate Porker and Italian Night Club are my favorites.
