I recently had an Ecobee 3 thermostat installed to replace a Nest thermostat that I had used for the last few years. The service and attention to detail by Don Hatcher was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond «service» and went to extraordinaire. After the instillation he took the time to explain the system in detail, helping to set up apps on my iPhone and ensuring that it was all paired and working correctly. Don was extremely patient when I did not understand some technical issue and took the time to re-​explain the answer to my question. I have also set up a heating and air conditioning maintenance schedule as a result of such professionalism and courtesy.
This has to be one of the most outstanding dealings I have had from the service industry in courtesy an attitude that I have come across. Other service industry folks should take a few lessons. I highly recommend Don and his crew at Aire Serv.

Excellent customer service, friendly, thorough, and straight forward. I highly recommend them. When I made my appointment I shared my email address with them and they sent me a profile of the technician. This made it feel more personal as if a friend was referring him.
Just a genuine group of people who really care about the service they provide.
