Poor customer service! Management is horrible, disrespectful, unaccommodating, and disorganized! Do NOT rent or drop truck off there! Despicable is the word I will use to describe how they’re running their store! I’m appalled and extremely disturbed!

Got educated in propane tanks refill today by Shomari Sr. A young business owner if this storage facility. Very intriguing conversation about owning your own business. Will definitely be visiting this location for my propane of my moving needs

I know Uhaul is Uhaul, but I had to write a review on this particular location. I’ve used Uhaul on numerous occassions for various reasons and this time I needed a trailer to take some things to my son’s dorm room in Florida. My first impressions was it was small and I didn’t think the trailer they reserved for me was going to be big enough, but I was wrong,(YES I can admit when I’m wrong, don’t rub it in). The manager on site was Ms. Shelia and she was very helpful and showed great customer service skills. Ms Shelia gave me different ideas to load the items to make it fit the trailer and I tried her first suggestion and everything actually fit. She was so kind and their rates fit right in my budget. I rented the trailer for $ 25 a day as oppose to $ 400 to $ 600 for a one way truck rental and I didn’t need all that extra space that I thought I needed in the first place. Ms Shelia saved me a ton of money and provided excellent service at the same time.
