The single worst dental experience I have ever had.

Been a patient for about 15 years. She’s an ok dentist, stayed with her out of loyalty.
She has a tendency to nickel and dime for her services, so expect to pay for her services, and expect to pay for everything you request.
Over the years we’ve had a few problems with clarity about insurance coverage, she rarely checks if your insurance covers her services and will perform services regardless of coverage unless asked to double checked.
Most recently, changes in the insurances she accepts and did not inform us. In any case whether it was deceptive business practices, incompetence, or just plain negligence, I will not be seeing her again.
