They got me! As a struggling college student this place appealed to me because of the size of the apartment and the cheapness of their 1 bedrooms. Unfortunately I can never EVER get the year I stayed here back. The apartments themselves are DISGUSTING. Their are bugs, the windows either dont open or barely open, and the appliances are old as heck! There are people literally walking around all times of the night. Some of them are even engaging in illegal activity.
I made the mistake of inviting my grandmother and aunt to my apartment while I stayed here. My grandmother was literally afraid to stay in the apartment by herself and used the deadbolt and chain lock while I went to the gas station. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE beware of this place. These people capitalize on the economically disadvantaged by giving them subpar living conditions. For the price you pay here you can definitely find a better place to stay… WITHOUT roaches!
