This place is an absolute travesty. These two women should not work in an environment where they are dealing with individuals with mental health issues. They were incredibly rude, disorganized, unfriendly, and unhelpful. As professionals, you should NOT be griping and moaning about internal issues in front of new clients. Dr. Dunston made me feel like I was an annoyance to her, and expressed so by being rude, defensive and passive aggressive. Never let a client know you’re having a bad day, at least FAKE IT. I feel terrible for those who are seeking help for the first time and this is their experience. Trust me, this is NOT the way it’s supposed to be!
This «business» needs to be black listed and shut down, the fact that they refused to run my insurance the same day makes me wonder if this whole place is a scam. The experience was so weird that my friend and I wondered if clients kidnapped the real staff were running the place. Perhaps the real doctor was tied up in a closet, being fed pieces of an old roll out television, which would explain the VHS tapes…
