I give this place ZERO STARS!!! I purchased this Groupon for my aunt DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! She received horrible customer service, both me and her called multiple times to book her appointment and when she finally received someone it was a cat and mouse game trying to book. After receiving an appointment they emailed her a cancellation at 8pm the day before. Poor Poor Poor customer service. Which is sad because it was her birthday present, being an owner of her own spa I wanted her to get away and relax to bad they could not provide that instead they created us both more stress trying to find another spa. They have good reviews but unfortunately we did not get that experience.

Me, my mom, and sister went here a while back with a Living Social deals for colonics. This was our first colonic and I have to say we all were a bit nervous. A couple owns the spa and they are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. My sister went first and was not feeling it at all. After being their with a guy, and woman came in (his wife) and offered to start mine. She informed me it would be different from my sisters b/​c there is two types of ways you can do colonics. I DEF like the old way where they do everything for you and you don’t do anything but lay there. Weird experience but not bad at all. I would definitely go back to this spa for colonics or other services as well.
