Dream Restaurant and Sports Bar

Went to Dreamz on a Wednesday night for karaōke. It wasn’t crowded at all with a live dj and host. I really enjoyed the endless shrimp for $ 10 but was kind of disappointed that no frozen drinks were available. I plan to return, I enjoyed myself!

This place is disgusting. Flies, dirty glass ware, kitchen staff does not use gloves that I’ve seen, smoking out of back door. Needs a over haul if they continue to do business wait staff, kitchen staff, and management. Good luck to their business if they have any left.

Where do I begin? First let me tell you that the staff was very kind and the restaurant/​bar was clean. The atmosphere is confusing. The name on the building is «Dreams Restaurant and Sports Bar» however there is quite a bit of jazz and music décor as well as items I would expect in a home. The only indication that it is a sports bar would be the TV’s-oh and the pool table. There were chargers in the tables when we came in however the waitress removed them when she first greeted us. Chargers in a sports bar? The food was okay, how hard can bar food be?
So why just one star? Well we arrived at 6:40, placed our orders by 7:00, the first plate was brought to the table at 8:00 and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes before we could eat because we had no silverware and it took them 10 minutes to get it for us. When it came it was PLASTIC WARE! At 8:45 our last meal was finally delivered!!! That’s almost 2 hours AFTER it was ordered!!! When we kindly expressed our disappointment the manager was very kind, apologized and made adjustments on our bill. We appreciated that however we will not be back!
