Not sure what happened to this place? I went in to purchase a new head for my Pen. I also went to purchase some new liquid. Mind you its been a while since I’ve purchased any thing so my pen has been out of service for a while. I picked out my flavors and paid for them, i forgot to ask for the lowest amount of nicotine. Something the sales person should of asked me in which he didn’t to begin with. So one of the bottles was opened because i asked if he could fill my pen up, the other flavor i had was not. At this point i asked if he can switch them out for me, he said the closed one wouldn’t be a problem. This wasn’t an issue, i didn’t mind one flavor having nicotine and the other not.(Assuming it didn’t have nicotine because i didn’t ask for any) He then told me that the one he opened had the highest amount of nicotine??? I don’t get it, i just told him i forgot to ask him for it when the bottle was opened, and now he states i said i wanted the highest amount of nicotine in it??? he then went to call the manager who was no help at all. Apparently the only option was to charge me 50% off of a new one? are you kidding me? Do your job and provide customer service. I did not ask for any nicotine and your employee who looked like he was high on some type of drug messed up. I can give you the receipt on the day i came in, and i would love for you to go back on your cameras and tell me if i asked for any nicotine. He gave me a bottle at the end, but why put a customer through that? I will be shopping else where going forward.

Great service and some really tasty flavors. Customer service was «okay.» Very bland and boring. Told One of the employees what my buddy was looking for and he essentially said there stuff was over priced and our best bet was going to the Vape Exchange.

Awesome place. Amazing set up for trying different juices, quick and easy… and a great selection of flavors. I can’t remember my reps name, but the receipt says it was Maverick. This dude was VERY knowledgeable and did an excellent job of guiding me through the different devices and attachments. I highly recommend this place!!!

This place is as professional as it gets. Aaron (might of misspelled her name) was great and very helpful. She worked the store alone and had a bunch of people there and handled everyone calmly and professionally. As for products and juices, they have everything you need. Definitely recommend the place.

If you are new to vaping and need to get a basic starter kit and juices that are comfortable for a newbie, then this is the place for you. I bought my starter kit at a sketchy place in Annandale that I was reluctant to go back to, which is how I found Avail. For the experience level I was at, this was the perfect place. It has been about a year (and, let’s be honest, at least 4 mods later… I’ve acquired quite the collection!) and I went in recently to get something different than what I had been using (I’ve been stuck on their Virginia Pure most of the year). I needed to get away from a tobacco flavor, so I went in and tested EVERY one they had and also bought a new tank. What would have been nice would have been a recommendation/​warning from the pros that work in the shop that the current nic level would be too harsh with the new tank… unfortunately, I did not find this out until I got TWO bottles and got home. A heads up would have been appreciated.
In recent months, almost every trip ended up with either my partner or me not getting what we went for because they were out of stock. A sign on a sample saying it is out of stock would be helpful. Heck, put a Post-​It on it… just let someone know!
Another downside for me is that they only sell their branded juices. I get it, but other places have «their» line plus a selection of other lines they trust. I walked out of there on this last trip with my wallet about $ 85 lighter, with a great new tank… and two bottles of juices I cannot use. That is a fail in my book.
Great staff, nice location, but «past its prime» for anyone that has been vaping a while.
Thank you for being there for me when I was a newbie and really needed advice and basic equipment. You haven’t changed, I have grown and, unfortunately, outgrown you. I’ll still steer newbies your direction, it is a good niche for you.

I had to go to IKEA (which is next door) to pick up some stuff for my apartment. As I was leaving IKEA, I had JUST dripped the last bit of my juice into my mod.
But wait. As I looked into the distance, I saw AVAIL Vapor. I’ve never been into AVAIL Vapor, although I work quite near to their branch in Rockville, but it looked pretty nice, so I decided to give it a try. I walked in, and I was immediately greeted by a lady and gentleman who were working at the time. Firstly, they present themselves VERY professionally.
At other vape shops, I often feel that I’m almost «intruding,» as everyone seems to be a close-​knit of friends, and I’m bothering them by entering the store.
At this vape shop, they mean straight-​up business — which is exactly what I look for in a shop.
They cater to a wide range of people who vape — no matter what device you might be using, they will have the right juice for you. At first they told me about their higher PG content juices, but after I told them I use a dripper, they knew exactly what to bring out: their «Cloud» line.
The lady started telling me her favorites, so I tried them, and I was hooked. Their Cloud line has higher VG content (which is better for dripping/​clouds, hence the name of their line). I got their flavors of «Red» and «Blue» — simple names, but easy to remember. Sometimes I’ll go shopping for juices but can’t remember their long or tricky names.
Great liquids, amazing service, and outstanding professionalism. I’m sad that I won’t really be in the area again for this branch, but after my experience there, I will most likely be visiting their branch in Rockville.

The 7 – 11 ecigs just weren’t cutting it, so seeing the Unilocal reviews, I stopped in. Cory gave me a quick vaping 101, and I headed for the sample bar. They have vaporizers set up with about 25 different flavors, and you can grab a disposable tip and try as many as you like. The juice is available in a range of nicotine strengths from zero to wham. Cory demonstrated the workings of my entry level vaporizer, and gave me a punch card.
Very nice service, can’t really go to a fifth star because I don’t have anything to compare to.

The staff is nice but not well informed on the latest changes in vaping. They know some about the stuff they carry. But little to nothing about building.
The juice they have is cheap. I mean that as in not good. They lack flavor descriptors on the testers so if you want to know what pixie dust is you have to taste it. If you’ve been vaping 3 or more months. This juice will taste like dirt too you.

Highly overpriced. Only offer their branded products. Very little hardware selection. Felt like I was paying an upcharge to shop in a fancy place. Friendly staff though. Wound up going down the street across next too Woods florist

I received a vaporizer for Christmas and was told that Avail Vapor was the closest place to me to find the liquids. So I trucked over and was surprised by the set up. So many choices and not enough time! The customer service here is impeccable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I felt like a kid in a candy store testing out the flavors. I was VERY pleased to know they sell nicotine free flavors! I can’t compare prices because I’m a newbie! I will definitely say that I caught the VAPORS!

Nice place, lots of flavor but a bit pricey on juice, compare to vape dojo 30 ml for 10 bucks worth driving extra 20 min to go there. I would only go here for my kanthal and cotton,

As a person who does NOT smoke cigarettes under any circumstance, this is the sh*t. The flavors are extremely addicting. They have various flavors to choose from — my favorite being the wave runner, mango, and persian something (can’t remember what it’s called). Pixie tastes like sweet tarts. For about 3 bottles, it’s only about $ 20. If you choose the special «reserve» bottle (which is far larger than the mini bottles) it’ll set you back at about $ 25. Worth checking out for sure. I sampled every juice on the wall. They are also very nice and accommodating to newcomers like myself. I purchased the $ 35 vapor kit which comes with the vapor and a charger. If you purchase 10 bottles, I believe you get 1 free.

I’m still new to vaping, but its really a big, open space filled with staff that really want you to enjoy their product. They have a dizzying array of «juices» for their vaporizers, with many of them tasting quite like what they claim to be. Check it out and see if it’s for you.
